The mould will be from masses of condensation. Their fix would be to slap some stain block on, followed by some white emulsion. The correct fix would have been to remove the old lath & plaster, fill the void with insulation, and then add another 75-100mm of Celotex on the inside.Looks like the property was on the market back in March for £250K, and no takers. Not beyond the bounds of reason. A gallery local to me made a number of talking-heads style promotional films featuring their own staff during the Coronavirus outbreak and show them on monitors about the place. The people in the films all wear those plastic face visors. As for the house: it's nice enough but the decoration lacks any of the personal touches that create a sense of homeliness. There's almost something institutional about it.1
