The erstwhile 'Mucky Mansion' does look rather tired, however, and the television makeover doesn't look to have made a substantial difference.  Many of Jordan's things seem to have gone.  If one is lucky, there might be a few jerrycans of petrol left in the outbuildings.  

Nice on the outside but totally devoid of any arts and crafts style on the inside. If people want a modern house why not buy one rather than ruin something that was probably lovely originally 😢

It looks awful to me. There are a few other conversions on the same site that are a little nicer but not great.

I'm not sure I know why. I guess overpriced. 

I don't like the idea of that conservatory. It's too big, and it looks to me as if it will be really cold in winter and difficult to heat. And, there's a big opening where presumably there was once a wall into the rest of the house. Which I am concerned would make the rest of the house cold as well. I wondered if you were hinting at that when you mentioned February...

And now they're trying to sell it by 'Modern Method of Auction' too. Cue no queue of buyers, quite possibly.
