I wondered that as well. I checked the government map, and as far as I can see it's well within flood zone 3, which is the highest risk for flooding.shinytop said:

It's a very interesting property all round, with ownership of a path going some way from the property seemingly to a village.
Even if I had the time to rebuild a property such as this, the flood risk would put me off.0 -

Flooding aside what a great location. Surrounded with nature and seclusion but 10 minutes walk up the road you are at the big Tesco!
