More information about potential flooding here: https://www.gnlp.org.uk/regulation-19-publication-part-1-strategy-section-2-greater-norwich-profile/flood-risk Given the Zone 3 for the property in question, I haven't checked that the flooding risk areas in this map cover the property.
It's a very interesting property all round, with ownership of a path going some way from the property seemingly to a village.
Even if I had the time to rebuild a property such as this, the flood risk would put me off.0 -

Flooding aside what a great location. Surrounded with nature and seclusion but 10 minutes walk up the road you are at the big Tesco!0
