Agreed. There are an awful lot of things in that house, but absolutely every one is in its place. The garden is excellently maintained too.

If you take a video tour, you will see that it is not that tidy, it is just the EA had a very good photographer.

Not in my experience, but maybe that is biased by where I live and who I associate with? Also in my experience there is a tendency to reconfigure to remove galley kitchens when renovating.

Not really no. A lot have kitchen / diners which is what I want next.
