I also wonder whether the extension will have moved the house into Council Tax Band C.1 -
The rooms above are measured at 18ft wide. 5.5m
My understanding is that those 4 patio doors are min 16ft wide so 18+ ft seems reasonable to me
If you're first time buyers and want to be close to central Leicester I think it's a pretty cool house.
Inside anyway. Outside it's a standard looking place with a rear extension.
Big garden. Could get some nice outbuildings and an outdoor jacuzzi in there easily
