Honestly is it any wonder that our favourite game as kids was jumping between the furniture without touching the floor?? It didn't take that much imagination to suggest you'd die a firey death if you hit the carpet!

Sadly no lava carpet, but love the dangerous open staircase and wood panelled kitchen ceiling.

Almost feel that the modern aspects detract from it

Haven't seen a bedroom with a handbasin for a very long time.

(In one house - built in the 1930s I think - when we had a lodger his bedroom had a handbasin.  It kept him from taking too long in the only bathroom in the morning.  There was a separate loo if required!)

A lot going on in this 3 bed semi for just £140,000    Over on "Broadway East"...

Photo 1: ok not off to the best start ..
Photo 2: oh yes! Nightclub TV and sofa setup
Photo 4: some sort of S&M dining room where you can chain up your slave whilst you eat. Yeah why don't you do some of that washing in the corner, slave
