Evening turtles, today has not been a great day, it is NSD 13/14, but work wasn't brilliant and I feel pretty grotty. Suspect it's viral and I just need to get through it, but I hate being unwell and not being able to do what I normally do. Currently snuggled on the sofa with a dog and a hot water bottle wondering when the car is going to come and add some further heating!
Gratitudes- not sure I have many, but supportive work colleagues, not water bottles and painkillers are probably the top 3 today.8 -

I will report my total for February as 17 NSDs.Going to do the 'March' big stuff shop tomorrow - the 32 litres of milk, 3 boxes of laundry powder, 60 odd loo rolls, 4 tubes of toothpaste etc.. all the big stuff that you don't want to run out of. That is being done tomorrow so it will not be a NSD. I have also been booked to take the kids to town tomorrow morning - that'll be fun!I will make it fun!4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

14 NSDs for me, as nothing was spent today. I am pleased with that - as I don't usually reach the target
I prefer to shop little and often, and I am strict on myself in that, unless it is a direct debit bill, it is a spend, whatever it is for - I spent it, so record it as such in my spending diary, spreadsheet etc. Grocery shopping spends have been low this month (still need to total up) as I am trying hard to use up the contents of the freezer so that I can defrost and clean it. I am starting to see some spaces, so that is progress. I other news, I batch cooked today and put in a tub of tomato soup and one of sausage casserole
Looking forward to March and another low grocery spend month hopefully! Pouring with rain for most of the day, and strong winds again. Not sure what this one is called, as I have lost track. Grateful for the cosy stove and lots of nice food without the need to spend a fortune8 -
Clothes - dug our a smart black jacket to wear to work instead of my faithful cardi! Felt very smart all day.
Self care - Wore make up and ‘for best’ perfume today.
NSD - Got one today whoo hooo! 7/8, just need another tomorrow to achieve my target 🤞.
Gratitudes

Think I've achieved NSD target. Will probably spend tomorrow - need more veg (and am off for a free session at the gym.... argh!) 2 walks achieved today (not long - too wet!) and weight back to where it was after a kebab the other day (think a lot was salt/ fluid retention)
Clothes - need to try and mend 2 holes in one of my fave jumpers
Thankful for getting 2 things ticked off my list when in town today, candles, central heating (on most of today - constant rain has made it chilly), easy meals thanks to batch cooked food

Friday- today is NSD 14/14 so target reached. Tomorrow will be a spend day and my final "date" of the month.
Gratitudes for today- reaching payday with "spare" money which has been shifted to a savings account, DD agreeing to declutter a few bits, easy dinners.

Today I am grateful that dd's ankle isn't too bad, that I had the car to go and do a lot of food shopping, for chatting with a neighbour who I've not caught up with for ages, for the satisfaction of defrosting the freezer, for dd making a sensible choice and not going to the sch disco with her manky ankle.F0xh0les - I love your comment about 60 odd loo rolls. I just buy normal ones...!!! (Wish we still had the old smilies - I'd insert the rolling about with laughter one here)NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!8
