2nd (bedding) and 3rd (dressing gown) WM loads pegged out. WM now swishing with clothes that DS has just brought home after his weekend at GF's.

washed glass jars and foil recycled

refilled Sweetie's seed pots and gave his water bottle a good scrub before refilling

washed, de-labelled and de-stickystuffed 3 x empty DE coffee jars which I am going to use to store tea, sugar and coffee. Old storage jars to go to cs - if solidified sugar and coffee in them will melt and come out! If not - fling! The storage jar for tea is already in cs bag - this has been a to-do project for as long as I can remember :D That'll be more space on the kitchen work top :T

DS was suitably impressed by my progress over the weekend :D And he says that I can have a metal box that some aftershave came in - so I'll store my coloured pens in that :T

    This not-working-on-a-Monday is brilliant :j

Coloured pens and stencils now in box :D And easily accessible :T

Tea bags, coffee and sugar decanted in to jars - recycled DE coffee jars :money:

Solid contents of old storage jars melted successfully and jars are now soaking to be WUDU and put in cs bag, with an empty coffee jar which will be recycled in the normal way :D

Washed down worktop where the storage jars had been stood  and the tiles behind it before putting the new storage jars in place.

I am a happy Roundtuit :D One job down, eleventy billion jobs to go - but how do you eat an elephant ……

  • Morning  well its just about morning still.

Been up since stupid o'clock, WM x 5 (going like the clappers as WM no 2 and TD no 2 are currently waiting on repair) TD currently on load no 3, with no 4 waiting in the clean basket ready to go in, when I can catch up.

one car load of junk nicely sorted for the dump (to be recycled, my dump is closed on Wednesday and Thursday and I always load my car on the wrong day and forget until I get there), so this time I am actually getting ahead.

2 sinkfuls WUDUPA, kitchen floor mopped, kitchen doors and counters wiped over.

Soup maker has done its thing, two great big 450g yogurt tubs full of spicy vegetable soup ready to be demolished at some point

Danced my shark in HALF of kids room, dragged all beds and gibble to one side of room, so all done properly including skirting boards, curtains, curtain pole and coving......once kids bedding goes through TD, I will make beds, drag back into position and give the other half a go.

Kitchen bins emptied, and now having a zoflora bath. Cats toilets 1 and 2 have been cleaned too.

quick 5 minute pick up in hallway.

Had a quick soak in the bath myself while bleaching the loo. All tiles, underneath sink and pedestal wiped over....will wipe the rest of the loo later. Bath all cleaned, all lotions and potions back wiped and back in their homes. Bath mats and towels ready to go in WM in a bit.

Time for a quick cuppa, then I need to head into town to get some frogs eaten, might have a cheeky Preto as my reward.

Then I will crack back on with the list properly.

    until later
The cold never bothered me anyway

    My flying today
    - sent DH to the gym
    - S&S'd bathroom and ensuite
    - tidied 2 beds
    - threw open all bedroom windows for 5 minutes while the sun was shining
    - swapped over 2 lamps in lounge, to stop DH busting the expensive glass shade again when he sits down too hard in his chair and it moves backwards at high speed
    - saw nurse; no more visits necessary for now
    - booked Rosie's health check
    - booked a meeting next week which will result in more flingage :D
    - realised that I had about 6 more things to add to the diary
    - got a cancellation to bring my horse piddle appointment forward by 3 months, to roughly when it ought to be
-prepped for a work visit this afternoon
    - dealt with some long overdue emails and a couple of phonecalls

Everywhere is tidy except for the spare bed  and utility

Need to get my brain in gear for the visit now. Rosie would like her walk first but will be disappointed. Laters...

    Yoohoo ladies

I'm in, if a little distracted... I'm flying off-list this week as I really have to sort out the old playroom, which I have decided is going to be and office/library of sorts. Lots of flinging planned. Dust mask will be needed and I'm toyng with the idea of decorating too...

I've bagged a real bargain of a filter coffee machine, which brand new cost around £360, for...wait for it,,,,,£15.

I also uprooted a clump of buddleja to replant in my garden and pulled some muscles in my chest
