Read the CST law letters thread too , it's a collective thread for all recipients

If it's a real LBC with 30 days notice and includes the financial forms , that is covered in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , by denying the alleged debt and asking for the legal reasons for all the spurious charges add-ons

Plus a SAR to the DPO at Apcoa as well

So 2 jobs if it's a proper LBC from CST law , after reading up on here first
  • Thank you for the reply
the letter is from CST law with no additional paperwork
Ill draft an SAR and send this to DRP and CST Law and Apcoa. I’ll post it here just to make sure I have included everything
    thankyou

Can you show us a picture of the CST claim please.
    REDACT YOUR PRIVATE INFO
Assume they have added fake amounts and made a fake claim who instructed them

In that SAR, preempt their request for further proof of identity by supplying a copy of the vehicle's V5c or redacted utility bills.

In other words, replace the sentence: If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible.  with something like: I enclose copies of x and y which should satisfy any identity queries you may have.

    Send it my email.

if you can email, do so , not post if you can avoid it, its cheaper too , so an email not a letter , attaching proof of I D as mentioned above

that letter seems to be all DRPL, not CST law, in any case do not fill in their forms no matter who it is

seems like a DRPL letter on CST law headed notepaper, similar to the gladrags ones we used to see

any challenge goes to CST law in Sheffield, regarding the extra charges etc, denying the alleged debt too
