  • Thank you 👍
  • hi all
hope everyone is doing OK in the current climate
Just a quick update for all, especially for forum users coming to my aid.
the CC company have refunded the money and not asked for it back.  It has been over 45 days so i can safely say i don't have to worry about it now - a big win for MS and you have my appreciation and gratitude.
i have been receiving regular letters from DRP asking/begging* (*take your pick), to pay. They even offered to reduce it; which was nice. I personally think it makes good toilet paper especially when toilet paper is a scarce commodity.
So, the money that i paid and received back, i have donated half of this to a colleague and his daughter who are making the visors for our frontline staff - both at the NHS and care workers. its just a small way of saying thank you to you all.
for me asking for help is one thing, getting the amount of help and support is somewhat overwhelming. i genuinely appreciate all that you have done and want to thank each and everyone of you
Until we meet again, stay safe and keep well

That is great!  Come back if APCOA ever try a small claim over it, as we see them off, too.
    APCOA are unlikely to try.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    hi all
    hope everyone is doing OK
just to resurrect the past again, i heard nothing from DRP for a few months and then this afternoon (Friday 7/08/20) i received two letters from CST Law
1 - dated 31st july but arrived on 7th august about a reminder notice. i need to pay DRP a total of £725.00
2 - dated 3rd August but arrived on 7th august - the Letter before Claim. now the debt is at £800 which includes £75 claimed by their client
i am not sure yet (will read the forums as i noticed a similar letter someone had posted) and will come back here, but what would my next steps be?
    thanks in advanced

There are no next steps to drpl drivel ****s**t

The answer is simple , you disregard debt collector letters , just file them away with everything else , we don't want to know

If you get an official LBC with 30 days notice to reply , and or a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton , come back and let us know , read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , it deals with all of this to save us typing it out as nauseum

1 - You can ignore DRP.

2 - Is the Letter Before Claim also from DRP?
