Good info ..... CST and DRP playng musical chairs in INCEST modeUmkomaas said:Two CST directors are also directors of Zenith and Parking Collection Services (DRP subsidiaries), one of them is also a director of Debt Recovery Plus.
Another WONGA set up“Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive!”
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not quite; Zenith Recovery Ltd & Parking Collection Services Ltd are "sister" companies of Debt Recovery Plus Ltd and all three companies are subsidiaries of DR Plus Ltd (co number 10223254). Both of the CST Directors are also Directors of Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, but for some reason Companies House doesn't show all of their appointments in full.Umkomaas said:Two CST directors are also directors of Zenith and Parking Collection Services (DRP subsidiaries), one of them is also a director of Debt Recovery Plus.4 -
They are doing just what WONGA did and that is to mislead. Just like the FCA investigated WONGA, so the FCA should investigate CSTCastle said:

Debt Recovery Plus Ltd have certainly done by using "Zenith" and "Parking Collection Services/(PCS)" as their trading names, despite other companies, (although dormant), already in existence with those "names".beamerguy said:

Please can we just not have the last five pages of posts here? What has happened?! Why are we talking about CST Law letters on an individual thread?
We started a group thread to avoid this and duplication x 100! As soon as regulars see 'CST Law' we need to reply saying 'take it to the CST Law group thread please' and stop replying.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6166004/cst-letters-forum-group-thread/p1
All of this should have been on the joint CST Law group thread or all the others are missing out on seeing it. Other newbies are in the same boat and we cannot do this piecemeal.
No update here please OP, unless it goes to an actual court claim.
Please can you show your CST letter and any response from now on, instead on the CST Law group thread, not here?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

as i typed this, the SAR to Apcoa has been returned with some info'for the alleged contravention Use of Private Car Park without a valid payment/permit'
this is the same story for all the other PCN's
we pay a weekly fee to park the car there, if we arrive early/leave later than the permitted time (07:00 - 19:00) we enter our reg in the parking machine, pay the few pounds in coins and leave.
its not clear on the PCN's as to the detail of the contravention - EG overstay, not actually having a valid permit etc.
what would the next course of action be here? request further info on the actual contravention?
thank you

You made the above comment just fourteen minutes before you decided to do something completely different.Ineedausername said:

I think the first sentence there means "OP, please do not post any updates here unless you get an actual court claim". Why do you think it means anything else?Coupon-mad said:No update here please OP, unless it goes to an actual court claim.

I think the second sentence says that "any responses from now on should be on the CST Law group thread, not here". Again, how have you read anything different?2
