@Coupon-mad, can I suggest that these words in the second post of the NEWBIES thread be replaced?...
Send your defence to the CCBCAQ email address given by KeithP in all the other recent claim/defence threads we need you to read first.

As I am no longer posting that info 'in all the other recent claim/defence threads', perhaps those words should be replaced with something like:
Send your defence to the CCBCAQ email address as detailed in the first post on the template defence thread.

@Coupon-mad, will MSE give you limited Board Guide access just to the newbies sticky so you can open and lock at your discretion?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ask DPD to vouch for you. Her Maj has granted 'Honourable and Trusted' status (or summat like that) to the owd lad! 😄

That cuts no ice with MSE, he's coming to the end of a two-week PPR.

He asked me if I could intervene, and I had to explain that I have no more influence with MSE than anyone else.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Is that the same DPD that's just spent two weeks away at MSE's pleasure?

Yeah... highly respected in MSE towers.  ;)

He's back off the leash and copying and pasting like it's going out of fashion! 😏

  • The NEWBIES thread on this board - PARKING TICKETS, FINES & PARKING - is open and I have edited the first post, and shortened the template appeal to try to make it simpler.

I have not edited the other posts yet.

Could posters please reply here and remind me what needs to be changed?

This can also be used later as an ongoing thread to note planned edits for the future.

    thanks!

NO POSTING ON THE ACTUAL NEWBIES THREAD PLEASE, YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY.

Click on the link at the bottom of this page you are on now next to the Preview button that says Parking tickets, fines & parking, then look at the sticky threads marked with the word Announcement written in white text on a red background.

The NEWBIES thread contains a guide to court written by bargepole in the second post, and there is a twelve-step guide in the Template Defence Announcement thread.

Please start your own thread by clicking on the Create Post button once you are on the main forum page if you need further help.
