@Coupon-mad, can I suggest that these words in the second post of the NEWBIES thread be replaced?...Send your defence to the CCBCAQ email address given by KeithP in all the other recent claim/defence threads we need you to read first.
As I am no longer posting that info 'in all the other recent claim/defence threads', perhaps those words should be replaced with something like:Send your defence to the CCBCAQ email address as detailed in the first post on the template defence thread.4 -

He asked me if I could intervene, and I had to explain that I have no more influence with MSE than anyone else.

I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx.
