That's why the suggestion of a NEWBIES FAQ 2020 is a good idea. :) A new FAQ thread would probably be easier to create than trying to "hack and slash" the existing one.

Plus with the forum changing it's probably a good idea (as already suggested) to take an offline backup of the NEWBIES FAQ ... cut-n-paste into Word may well retain all the links.
A PDF from Chrome of Firefox would also retain the links.

Or you could right-click on the page and then click "Save As" to get a complete backup copy?

I am going to try to talk to my (friendly) MA about some of the points raised about contracts in Cactus44's current thread. I am a bit concerned about us going down the wrong rabbit hole!

I'll still do a first draft but it will, probably, need an update after I have spoken to her. I am due a meeting with her soon and would prefer to chat face to face - particularly as it isn't, actually, relevant to our estate.

In the court claim section , add a warning that says Not to use any older defence headed Defence Statement and any that are not numbered sequentially for each paragraph , but use simple numbering only

Also add that ideally only recent examples that are less than 6 months old should be adapted , due to recent changes or events
  • Btw, folks, I've already made a backup copy of the NEWBIES thread as a saved complete webpage as per my suggestion earlier.

I can't remember if there is a guide to uploading images or not, but it's something that keeps getting asked.

One of the biggest things I would like to see, but may not be possible, is to have the title in bold RED text so it stands out in contrast to the rest of the site.

Could a link to a list of Q & A ping pong questions be added for byelaws/SABA invoices?

This link in post #2 needs changing/removing:
I mean a 'real' LBC like here, which you can tell due to the 30 day deadline and mention of reply forms:

The poster has removed the picture of their Letter of Claim, making it pointless to direct people to that thread to see what a Letter of Claim looks like.
