KeithP said:This link in post #2 needs changing/removing:I mean a 'real' LBC like here, which you can tell due to the 30 day deadline and mention of reply forms:The poster has removed the picture of their Letter of Claim, making it pointless to direct people to that thread to see what a Letter of Claim looks like.

I am seeing my MA on Monday so will do my estate bit after that. Life (and CAB) caught up with me this week!
However, MSE is flaky on my IPad (a known fault) so using the board much less at the moment, Once fixed I will write something1 -
I was in contact with Savvy and Soolin about other things (duplicate POPLA and NEWBIE threads) and have reported the "wrong button" to them.2

He asked whether the information was fully up to date.
A reasonable question. He went on to quote this from post #4 of the NEWBIES thread...If you have letters from any debt collector such as Debt Recovery Plus or Zenith and are on the face of it, too late to 'appeal', then (if in England/Wales) either ignore them or robustly respond.That is out of date and needs correction.
In the NEWBIES thread those words robustly respond are a link to LazyDaisy's 2013 thread.

Okey dokey - ta - I've changed it to say ''ignore them''.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

In my opinion (and from a relative newcomer compared to some regulars) the NEWBIE should be closed and only opened when @Coupon-mad needs to edit it. If there is some technical reason (threads cannot be opened after closing or the forum team don't want it to happen - although cannot see why not) then I will stop asking.

It can be closed between edits.
I will ask a Board Guide to remove the replies to here and close it until it needs a re-edit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can I suggest that those of you with warning posts in there delete a few or ask soolin to delete or move those that aren't necessary or repeat the warnings ? To slim it down to 6 or more posts
Can coupon mad add the following acronyms ?
BSI
CoP
And please ensure that the advice on CCBC procedures mentions by royal mail for the claim form and DQ being posted to the defendant , some think it's by email
Ensure the advice about posting the issue date on here and the subsequent procedures and email address for the CCBC are included and not just in the telephone hearings thread , because some instructions were removed from the KeithP template information
Ensure it tells people that everything will be done on line and by email with the CCBC at stage 1 & 2
Ensure it clarifies that the CCBC have no further involvement once it's passed to the local court and that the site won't be updated with any progress reports
Ensure it mentions that local courts have 50 page printing limit and that in many cases an email submission of documents plus evidence is allowed , especially due to covid194 -
I tried yesterday but, because it is closed, the edit button is missing. I have sent a message to Soolin asking her to please delete a couple of my posts.
Those with remaining posts are: -
@KeithP
@nspears
@Ralph-y
@Browntoa
Since Soolin won't be able to act on anybody else's request to delete, can those listed please request this of Soolin.3
