BW Legal LBC DQ - Notice of allocation/ general form of Judgment or Order

BWLegal really do pick up some dodgy cases don't they ??
Keeping your powder dry will probably give you the satisfaction of watching another BWLegal spanking.
Telling BWLegal now so they know how the case will run, you may or may not get a response but you have a letter to show a judge. You are in charge of this now, not BWLegal and you must make them aware of your costs.

Thanks nosferatu - amended email below...
Subject: Without prejudice save as to costs ref:**********
I am emailing to advise that the witness statement I am preparing will contain a signed letter from the bay owner outlining their wish to cancel the parking charge and permission to use the parking bay. It will also contain a copy of emails asking for your client, KBT Cornwall, to stop patrolling the bay concerned and of another email from KBT Cornwall confirming it is no longer included in their patrol (Feb 2020). It is my understanding that without landholder authority there can be no contract. The owner of the bay has spoken to your client yesterday instructing them to cancel the parking charge, but they have been instructed to speak to you but will not issue details to allow the owner to do so.All the above you will be able to verify with your client.I propose a "drop hands" offer with each side bearing their costs to date.I look forward to hearing to your response within 5 working days.

Why is this a WP Letter? Do you know what it means? It restricts your options. . Why are you willing to give them a get out of jail card?
Some of these companies are on their knees, now is a good time to give them a kicking. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Well , that was quick....

I understand your point D P and I was beginning to relish the thought of a court appearance but right now, I've not the right frame of mind for it.D_P_Dance said:Why is this a WP Letter? Do you know what it means? It restricts your options. . Why are you willing to give them a get out of jail card?

I'm comfortable with it being over this way and am sorry if I've taken the easy option but I am truly grateful for the advice, (wrist slaps too! SEARCH and READ THE NEWBIES THREAD - yes I know you've read (glanced at) it once but do it again!!!) and support I've received, it really has taken the sting/fear out of things. Special mention to Beamerguy - -your scathing and brutal emails were a joy to behold - thank you!3 -
Well done Yaddayaddayadda
It is still amazing that BWLegal persist in wasting their money and time.
As they say ..... "Another BWLegal case bites the dust" ? you just have to laugh3 -
Yay, well done - yet another win for a landowner complaint, and we are seeing a few more than before where this worked even at court claim stage.
ANOTHER KBT CORNWALL / BW LEGAL ONE BITES THE DUST!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
