Afternoon. I have asked Armtrac for a copy of the contract they have for the site concerning my case but they have refused stating data protection legislation - am I allowed to see this document or is there a way I can get a copy if they decide to take me to court?
Thank you.0 -
No you are not entitled to it but yes they'll produce it in pre-hearing evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Afternoon all.
AoS about to be sent to Northampton and defence raised (with the help of the info contained in this forum!) -- hopefully posted soon for your corrections/guidance - thank you in advance!
Excuse my ignorance but how to I get this transferred to a court nearer to me (South Wales)?
BW Legal have kindly sent a letter stating they won't be pursuing anything until May due to Covid 19 - which, I think, is jolly decent of them.......0 -
Youve used the template defence correct? The one you only have to change para 16 and 17? If not then you need to use it. Nothing else.
You havent read far enough in the newbies thread, which tells you the DQ is what transfers it to your local case.

You don't "send" the AoS to Northampton CCBC but submit it electronically using the MCOL site and your Government sign-in (just as you would for tax issues). @nosferatu1001 has answered your question about the local court via the DQ.2

OP, you say "AoS about to be sent to Northampton". Does that mean you have received a County Court Claim Form?
If so, what is the Issue Date on that Claim Form?
You say "AoS about to be sent to Northampton". Don't 'send' anything yet. Await my next post.2 -
KeithP - issue date 30/03/2020 and have just sent using MCOL....0

With a Claim Issue Date of 30th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 4th May 2020 to file your Defence.Yaddayaddayadda said:KeithP - issue date 30/03/2020 and have just sent using MCOL....That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To file a Defence, follow the guidance in this post:Guidance on creating a Defence is also in that thread - in the first post on that thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.1 -
Thank you - greatly appreciated!0
