    Looks fine to me.

Just change the red sentence about the Company number, back to black (non bold) normal font.

With all that's going on at the mo, you've (all) been very helpful and calming to a fretful mind!
    Thanks again.

    Evening all.
Defence emailed today and on my return from work I had a very sympathetic letter from BW Legal, saying that, having taken the difficulties we're all facing at the moment (i.e. COVID 19) into consideration, they're willing to offer me a 30% discount.  I have until 30th May to accept...... which makes me think they really can't afford/ don't want to wait for court action and as nobody should be using their car parks at present, they must be suffering....is this just wishful thinking or standard for these guys?

They've sent loads of those letters out. right now the added costs of a telephone case - they can be required to compile. A proper bundle not the crap they normally fling - is likely making. Their business model that much less profitable. With all the delays to hearings as well their cash flow has likely taken a hit.

Do you know what (and taking into consideration that my short-term memory isn't what it used to be and I do read hundreds of posts a day), I'm sure that yesterday it was a 15% discount!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Come on, come on, how disgusting of BWlegal to try to scam further using COVID-19 .

BWLegal are DESPERATE and it shows.....  BWLegal have dropped themselves into the lowest of low life

Send this rabble this letter. The replies so far have been pure junk because they don't know what to say ....
