    BWLegal think you are a mug .......  the penny has not dropped with BWLegal that they are the mug for adding fake amounts

    Let them proceed and let them get spanked once again if they cannot prove their legal authority to add £60

    Received BW's response to my defence today.  They've been quite critical - copy and paste job; no standing; nonsensical; £60 costs entirely reasonable etc. etc.
    Beginning to think I've made an error or something - but am guessing this is their intention??

    I very much doubt it, Their £60 add on has been rejected  as unlawful by judge after judge throughout the country.  bsc

    It will be 95% template rubbish. Everyone gets it. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Could you please show us the letter.   We know it's BWLegal drivel   Such drivel can be shown to the judge.
    Bet they never told you on what legal authority they have  to add £60.   A judge can ask them.
    WHAT A JOKE .... £60 costs entirely reasonable.   ....... nonsensical rubbish and that is why they get spanked

    OK, well their letter is flawed but that's not unusual.  There are points that their "rent by the hour legal" will attempt to trap you by. These must be squashed now 

    I suggest you PM me for a letter to send back. As they read this forum, we don't want to show your hand here until we are ready.

    Now, I am going fly fishing today (allowed now).   Will respond this evening
