Good Judges won't criticise a consumer for using the internet!  I took part in a telephone hearing last week and the Judge told off the PPC Director who was on the other end of the phone, for his assertion that the defence was 'an internet template' and the Judge said, ''the answer to that is...so what?''

All in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post. It will guide you through this far better than one word answers to random questions.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you considered using a search engine for questions such as this?   It took less than half a minute to find this.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I have, thanks D_P_Dance but, I'm still a little confused  - is the claimant company the parking firm or BW legal? and can I email it the N180?

The claimant is as shown on the claim form you received from Northampton CCBC.

Why would a firm of solicitors be alleging you breached a contract with them?  Can you email whom the N180?

The claimant is the PPC represented by BWLegal.

I see BWLegal have ignored you (for the moment)
Wonder if they let this go to court how they will explain their scam £60 to a judge . You have after all asked them to explain which makes their claim unreliable because BWLegal have no explanation and refuse to tell you.
