The N1 claim form will give the name and address of the Claimant in the first box. A second box tells you the 'Address for sending all documents and payments (if different)'. That's your cue (or clue!).

Doesn't the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, tell you that already?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Once again this is misleading, (but I a sure the poster means well).  You can email whomever you like whenever you like in this country. .

Only if you have the e-mail address!  Also some solicitors state that serving of documents will only be accepted by post.  Of course, you can still send them an e-mail but it might go into the grey filing cabinet marked WPB.

    Sigh. Pointless.
You can only validly serve documents via email when you have the permission of the person involved to use email.
    This is in the CPRs
A detail I am sure isnt relevant in the FCO, but following the relevant processes is useful, especially if you want to provide good service.

I made no mention of serving documents.  I wish people would read what  I  wrote, not what they think I meant. Nos said you cannot email solicitors without their permission.  Once again this is nonsense.  He means well though.

Same questions again and again every week.

Why do people think PPCs are using a solicitor?  To handle the paperwork, of course!  It's obvious who to deal with when the C uses a solicitor.  The claims form tells you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just received a General form of Judgment or Order (Judge Phillips) giving me 10 days to decide to proceed by -
    1. post, or
    2. Skype, or
    3.  in person...

I'm leaning towards option 3  but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I've also received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track --- date TBC (Judge Jowett)
