Does anyone know how to raise a ticket on Offer Toro?0
-
I just did one of those one click offers and then looked at my activity log. Actually I did two and the one that hadn't paid didn't show, but the one that did said:We rely on getting details about your offers from our partners. It generally takes 2 to 7 days (and sometimes longer) for them to give us the information.
Please check back in a few days. If your order doesn't show as pending by then, please contact us.It looks like they've changed it and we need to go through SB themselves. Maybe pick an item on your activity log and use that to open a ticket?

If you click on it, you will see that it is an Accessibility Menu.

Hi, I've just signed up to Swagbucks after reading Martins email about joining through MSE and getting a bonus. I do 'Ipsos I say' surveys so thought I would be OK trying swagbucks. I have attempted all the currently available gold surveys, and was not eligible for any of them. A few of them gave me some SBs for applying and filling out my basic info, so its taken me all evening to acrew 83 points. Problem is, to get the MSE bonus you need to get 1300 SB in the first 30 days! This is going to be impossible unless im missing something? It must be doable to get some rewards for there to be this active thread about swagbucks.
The worrying thing is, somehow during this process I entered my mobile number (I have no idea which one it was, or what the survey was for, I didnt get that far) I'm now apparently signed up to 'AlertsForYou.co.uk' who are going to send me up to 3 alerts per week costing £1.50 each. Is this usual? Do you have to pay to get alerts for new surveys?
It says I can send 'STOP' to opt out of future texts, but the message is not deliverable. I have my cap set to zero, so I imagine this means its a premium number and its not delivered because I need to pay to stop receiving any more texts? Agh!

Majority of the surveys pay far less than going direct to an actual survey site (in some cases less than 10% so every £10 you get from surveys on swagbucks could have paid £100 or more going direct)
this is from the "alerts" site (which will probably be a third part that swagbucks accept no responsibility for - like most offers)2. Optout
To Optout just reply ‘stop’ to any of the service messages received on your handset. This text message is not case sensitive, however any other variation of this text may not be accepted (E.G. Please stop). Please only consider the service successfully stopped once you have received a FREE reply text message from the same shortcode, to the effect of “All services on this shortcode are now stopped. Text back in to restart the most recent. Customer Services 0330 057 0895”. If you have not received a text message to this effect then please contact us to confirm your signup has been cancelled. If you are signed up to more than one shortcode, you must send a stop request to each shortcode to end all services or subscriptions. Standard rate charges may apply to messages sent.
Please only consider the service successfully stopped once you have received a FREE reply text message, to this effect 'You have been removed from Alerts for You Help? 0330 057 0895' confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you have not received a text message to this effect then please contact us to confirm your subscription has been cancelled. If you are subscribed to more than one service billed then you must send a stop request for each service or simply text STOP ALL.
If you optout from the service within 14 days then you have an opportunity to claim a refund for charges of the first two weeks that the service took place within the 14 day period, should you wish to do so. If you wish to do this within 14 days of your entry date, then please contact Customer Services on 0330 057 0895.

I wish they'd stop recomending Swagbucks, it's just not appropriate without warning of the vast array of dodgy content that joining exposes us to.
