It's quite specific to me. I received an error message from SB saying that they were unable to write to my email address. So, I changed this without realising there was a typo in the address that I added. To cut a long story short 4 weeks on and several chasers (both using tickets and also on facebook) I'm no nearer getting this changed back. 
The DP issue is that on the few occasions that they've responded,  SB write to the incorrect address (which is live and used by someone else), the last time confirming that if I used that email address I would be able to cash out my SBs for vouchers. I was hoping that a prod from the regulator might get some action, because I'm at a loss as to how else to get any action from them.

I pointed out a couple of days ago that offer toro was directing missing point claims to Swagbucks from their 'my sb' page. This has now changed. On my log a day or two after doing the offer under status/clicked, a missing points link has appeared with a form to contact OfferToro and claim points.
The offer I completed was one of the Explore Today quicks, exploring a page for 3 minutes for 1sb.
However the claim page states:

'In order to confirm that you have completed the offer, Please upload a proof.

For example: an email that confirms your participation, registration, or purchase. Your ticket will only be reviewed further if you provide us with a proof of completion.'

Don't know how I'd prove that I'd completed this, and the submit button won't work anyway even with a screenshot attatched.

ps. also states: Make sure the date on your device is visible in the screenshot .

I thought as I’m bored atm I would give the MSE deal a go for the £30 Amazon voucher. Wow 😳 this is a hardcore way of having to go about earning £30 😂 I used to be a stripper & that was much easier. I get kicked out of surveys after doing 5 minutes of work (why don’t they ask the obvious questions in the first place? Oh yes, data collection!) I’m aiming for 100SB points a day to get me up to 1300 within 30 days so wish me luck but any other simple, easy to follow tips most appreciated for my 30 day challenge 😂😘

To get to 1300 points in 30 days you don't need 100 a day - less than 50 a day will do it.

Skim through the posts on this board, say from the beginning of the year (it started on page 243), and you will find quite a few hints and tips.

Hi, is anyone having trouble logging in?  It keeps saying username/password is incorrect but I know it is right as it is saved on the computer.

My o/h tried that and went through the process and still can't log in.  Thanks for your reply and suggestion, I'm stumped on what the problem is as the internet is working and I'm logging in to other things.
