    Thank you so much for searching but it seems they are people having problems who have already jumped the hoop of getting an account setup but can't get their vouchers in the account.  I've messaged PPDS but I think I'll just take the lower rate until I can be sure I can get at this stuff!

    Thanks for trying to help.  Sadly I get to this stage and it doesn't ask for my name and address it throws an error.  I can't get any further.  I've asked both prepaid digital solutions and Swagbucks to sort it.  Hopefully one of them will be able to!

    One other thing which it might be worthwhile to try - in Swagbucks, go to the Gift Cards page, and select the Re-send option for the card, so that you get a fresh e-mail.

    And by that time we've all forgotten what the survey was about, not got the chance to capture a previous page we were working on and lost any screen shots.  Not the best change I've heard about and more of a roulette wheel of win/lose on the surveys.  Thanks for pointing it out, it saves me feeling disappointed when I next had to report missing credit.

    This is actually an improvement, no misleading message barely pointing out that it's necessary to reply to the auto response to get it looked at and other surveys give reasons for dq's such as over quota.

    They send a follow up message 3 or 4 days later saying that the ticket is still outstanding and you need to reply if it hasn't been resolved.  Shortly after you reply you get another message thanking you for taking the time to contact them and putting the missing Swagbucks on your account. It seems they've cut human interaction out of the equation and go straight to giving you the SB regardless... which is a definite improvment.
  • If anyone wants to join Pinecone Research, there is a survey of 10 minutes for 50SB which asks at the beginning if you mind giving your full address details. It's an application to join Pinecone. Sorry, I forgot to note the survey number.
