Terms said play the game, which I did, just built the first pyramid, no email confirmation done.

Mine credited instantly, I didn't do anything other than register and click the confirmation link.

Have you checked the My SB tab on the Offer Toro page? I think you might have to go through them anyway if if things don't credit.
