Has anybody seen/read the link below that was posted earlier today.
InboxPounds Limited - application to strike off — MoneySavingExpert Forum
Does that include Swagbucks UK in strike off ?
No idea why the other companies are mentioned or what this has to do with losing money

Inboxpounds had a turnover of just under £1,300,000 shown on their last accounts and made a profit, the strike off only applies to solvent companies so no one should be owed money
"The process of dissolving a company is only available to companies that are solvent."

By comparison " Prodege" the company behind swagbucks recently had a turnover in excess of $75,000,000
Were the last accounts the latest due?  Had the confirmation statement been filed in a timely fashion?  I suppose they might be struck off for a corporate governance matter.
The company have simply requested to be dissolved* it is not a punishment for anything - they must be solvent to do so and all their books etc in good order - if there were staff then redundancy pay etc would still be the responsibility of the company.

*Like a shop simply closing down with no debts but because it is a company it has to be done officially to get them off the register
  • My Gold surveys has now came back for me too.
i received an email from Swagbucks saying because of to many incorrect responses, we are unable to reactive the Gold Survey dashboard and enjoy other activities available. however the dashboard is still showing.

  • Anyone else not getting the email Swag Code notifications from MSE?  I didn't get one yesterday or today.

Also one of the notifications for another of my bookmarks isn't working again either, so not just the swag codes emails.
Thanks to all those that post.

Me too, codes at least. Hadn't realised till you pointed it out. Deja vu? Not long since they fixed a similar issue.

Again!  What a nuisance.  And when I raised a ticket last time, they insisted that it was our own fault and that the notifications were being sent out ... until they fixed it, but never apologised.
  • So we'll be back to giving alerts through this thread to look at the other until those missing the alerts from the codes thread report that the problem is fixed.

I have 10 on the gold page at the moment, assuming they run for the stated times they range from the equivalent of 80 p an hour to £!.40 an hour

(just took the 5 SB for DQs)
