Selling home, no viewings

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if I'm just anxious about this and I am too eager or if I need to reduce the price of my home which is up for sale at the moment. I'm a first time seller so not experienced in this, I used Google for all the selling tips!
I put my house up for sale 23rd Dec, looking at the stats I've had over 1000 views on zoopla and 1000 views from rightmove and through the agent. So that's over 2000 views on websites and no viewings. Am I speaking to soon because its still the holiday period and some people still don't go back to work tomorrow or is my house over priced?
It's up for offers over 170k, it was valued at 170 - 180 but I went with the lower end as I didn't want the house to be over priced and put people off and struggle to sell. The estate agent advised for offers over. I had 3 Estate agents value the house, the range was 165 - 180k
I'm selling with purple bricks, I added on the package for them to manage the viewings because I work Mon to Fri 9 to 5 as does my husband and thought that I was limiting the audience if I did viewings on weekends or evenings only due to the time of year too!
It's a split level house, different layout. Originally purchased for 100k so a big price jump but it has been fully renovated, I went on the advise of the estate agents and the estimates given. It was disgusting when I moved in and needed a LOT of WORK, its been;
- rewired
- new central heating system and boiler
- new gas fire
- replastered and all bedrooms and living room redocorated (entire house redocorated actually)
- new bathroom suite
-new cloakroom toilet and sink
-upgraded some of the plumbing and put stop taps in to turn off water in some places
-new kitchen
- new doors internal and external
- new windows
- new fences in front / back garden
It's a 3 bedroom terraced house in a desirable location, the postcode for where I live puts house prices up for the location in comparison to similar houses with a different postcode. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach.there are two houses up for sale, 1 in my street for 160k which needs work and another for 150k which also looks like it needs some work...
Can I have people's thoughts please, 😊
I will try and put the link up in a comment as it won't allow me to put the link to my home!
I am looking to move literally up the road as I would like a bigger garden, the house I am looking at is just over 200k 3 bedrooms not any bigger than mine but just has a bigger garden. I want to grow some veggies!

Why not wait until the New Year? Number of views suggest that many people were bored over the festive season.....0 -
Put a link up, put a space or a different character in the link as this will enable you to post it.
Yes, it has been Christmas and New Year, but people are still viewing properties, making offers etc, it's just slow with getting a mortgage arranged due to the holidays.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
OK so It won't allow me to put a link as I'm a new user.
If anyone wants to look go on zoopla or right move and type in;
Wimblewood close (works on zoopla)
Or West Cross on right move
it's a 3 bed terraced house for offers over 170k0 -

Well, not seen your house but I think you are jumping the gun a bit, it's Christmas and holiday time. People will get back into living mode next week, though with a previous bad experience with purple bricks, I would never buy a house promoted by them.0

This one?

And if so, delete the earlier posts so we don’t have to scroll too far!0 -
That URL is just a search that returns 18 properties.
This one was added on 23/12 - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-87730385.html

Since it's entirely possible that there could be a delay before it goes live, can you confirm which is yours?
Assuming the 23/12 one... The photos are doing you no favours at all, for a start. OIEO is always a bit of a turn-off, it simply says "I'm really hoping..." - and being listed with a cheap online agent turns a lot of people off, too - they're usually awful to deal with.
The external photos, such as they are, make the place look like some kind of pre-fab hangover from the post-war period. I'm sure it isn't...
To find comparables, you're looking a bit wider.
Just going a couple of miles away, though, finds...
£5k more - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-77122454.html or https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-80900360.html
£5k more but gets you an extra bedroom - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-79237556.html
I'm sure there must be a wrinkle of location to explain this pair...
£15k less - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-87295376.html
£30k less - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-83529554.html
But just look at a few of those, and then look dispassionately at your listing - honestly, which would you be calling when the EA's back at work after NY?0 -
Initial thoughts are you have too many pictures, less really is more.
The blue mosaic bathroom needs some token toiletries/towels, something. Why is there a bike indoors? What’s being hidden under the blue tarpaulin? Again, less is more. A couple of really good photos would be much better than 16 poorly planned ones.
I wouldn’t be too worried yet about the lack of viewings, but you’re not making your house standout with those photos.0 -
Yes it's this one!
I can't delete anything I post, I think its because I'm a new user?? I can even edit anything I post.0 -
That's not a three bedroom house - it's a 2 bed with a living room being used as a bedroom resulting in a totally cramped living space.0
