I think you must be looking at the wrong property (or extrapolating from the terrible photos). This is the floorplan from the OP's listing:That's not a three bedroom house - it's a 2 bed with a living room being used as a bedroom resulting in a totally cramped living space.
Three definite bedrooms, albeit the third is none too spacious.0 -
Thanks for the feedback so far everyone, I did wonder if there were to many photos and if I should get rid of some. Also get rid of the offers over as I don't feel comfortable with that.
The outside of the house does look tiny, as the house goes backwards then down as opposed to up as it's split level.
The blue taup is a boxing frame and there's a spin bike in another room husband refuses to temporarily part with these things!0 -
within 3 miles 3bed+ upto £200k for sale 18/13 SSTC
all but that £150k one are closer to swansea.
Early days keep an eye on the more like this numbers.
Also have a look at the map of sold data for the last 12months to get an idea where most people buy0 -
It's not so much the number (although there is duplication). They're just... meh. Thanks for the feedback so far everyone, I did wonder if there were to many photos and if I should get rid of some.
Look at other listings, with decent pics, and see the difference. Remember, the listing is what gets people to come and view.
Even so, there must be more to the outside than...The outside of the house does look tiny, as the house goes backwards then down as opposed to up as it's split level.
Would a pic of the rear be of help?
So at least move 'em into a different room for the pics. The blue taup is a boxing frame and there's a spin bike in another room husband refuses to temporarily part with these things!0 -
The photos don't really show the definition of some of the rooms and what they are.
It looks from the photos that its quite boxy and sorry, very blue.
It has too much of your personality in the pictures and I never like a listing that doesn't start with a picture of the outside of the property.
Jet wash the areas in pics 15 and 16.I appreciate its not the time of year for the best outside pics but you need to make it more inviting than it currently is.in S 38 T 2 F 50

Zoopla has a lot more properties in my area advertised than rightmove for some reason.
I just realised that the house for sale in my street was reduced from 160 to 145 on 2nd Jan!0 -
I love the internal decor! I really like the nautical theme going on
. And the bathroom with the mosaic tiles. I like the wee garden (front and back) too.
OP, I wonder if you might want to rethink going with PB? They're not renowned for their proactive approach to say the least, and I'd honestly run a million miles rather than let them arrange viewings. They're pants (just read a few of the PB threads for examples). A good local EA, whilst more expensive, are often worth their weight in gold.... just saying.....0 -
lovely fresh clean interior. Purple bricks would put me off completely0

So it does... And there's two identical to yours for sale.Zoopla has a lot more properties in my area advertised than rightmove for some reason.

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/52925276 and https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/52273001 - same property, dual agent. £145k, unsold since start October with £20k reduction in that time.

£150k, unsold since start November.
Yours is better presented internally, even with your photos - but I think the comparison says a lot about your £170k pricing, don't you?0 -
I think New Zealand looks a bit too distant from Aus.0
