Wow, well done! Is it going into savings or towards Christmas etc? I might give December challenge a go acctually - I'm going to my mums for Christmas and there is so much stuff I can bring home and sell on ebay from there!

Hi rb - well, we overspent in Nov so the money will be restoring the balance there unfortunately. Def aiming to save Decembers thou! Onwards and upwards eh! You should def join in Dec, I've really enjoyed it and cant quite believe I've actually done it - but its definitely possible! You'll find loads of tips and advice on the threads and everyones friendly and supportive.

Imagine if you managed it every month - that would be your £3000 in 12 months target met! :D

  • Evening Roxie,

I hope you are well. I have just read through your post and want to wish the very best of luck. You are doing so well and taking it seriously, I am sure you will reach your goal.

I only wish I was as sensible as you once I started working unfortunately I have over £60K of debt through my own fault, an ex owing me and others. So I guess I am the opposite to you, I really want to clear my debt by 3 years. In process of setting up a DMP which is suppose to take 6 years but I am going to try my hardest to clear it in 3 as want to start a family etc.

Anyhow, waffled on enough. Wish you the best of luck, will be checking in now and again.

    xx
  • Hey Rox - you there?!

    Hi Roxie,
    Shame about the driving test!
I now can't imagine not being able to drive.
    good ebay news though!!

Bit surprised you haven't taken up the offer of a Bailey's coffe by now though!!

    Pip

PS Fat girls clothes take longer to dry in the tumble drier than skinny girls clothes... so it must be cheaper not to eat out and be fat!!

As you know I am still trying to convince us (me) of the this!!
