Hi Everybody,
I have completed this weekend's update for the first page of this thread.
- Virgin Money Regular E-Saver updated to issue 2 and left in post 7 because in 2 days' time the maturity date will be less than 12 months away
- Virgin Money Regular Saver Issue 1 (branch / store version) added with links to the last few pages to show that it is possible to open of these in addition to the E-Saver account
- State Bank of India UK Jumbo Junior Regular Saver (children only) interest rate updated from 2.75% to 1.75% in post 3
I will do another update next weekend.

It previously said existing members had to have held an account with >£100 for at least a year. I guess online accounts confer membership rights?
Unfortunately not. They still require you to be a member by having a mortgage, or savings of over £100 for 12 months. The words 'existing customer' should say 'existing member'.0 -

Last call for Nottingham RS Issue 2 and SportsAid saver, as I've been told they will close on 4 Jan. Similar products at 1.4 and 2.5% will be launched the day after.
You will be able to have all the issues and still pay into the old ones.0 -
For people who open lots of new accounts do you always have to provide certified documents and if you don't know anyone who can certify them is there a way of getting them done for free? I was just about to open a 3% Tesco account but it almost feels pointless when it's going to take three months just to recoup the cost of having documents certified at the post office.0

I've never been asked for certification for new accounts, currently at thirteen current accounts and six regular savers.
Whether i'm representative I have no way of knowing.0 -
