  • Yes - when your Flexclusive Regular Saver matures it becomes a Flexclusive Saver Issue 8 paying 0.5% interest. Open a new Flexclusive Regular Saver immediately and the good news is it is still paying 5% interest. Move your money out of the Flexclusive Saver Issue 8 to something paying better than 0.5%. There was a problem earlier this month with Nationwide not paying the interest on the maturing Flexclusive Regular Saver on time - I had to wait several days.

Still not allowed a branch saver issue 1

    Any assistance anyone

Got E Reg issue 1 and 2. Opened branch one two days ago no problems. Have you tried making the branch ring HQ while you are there??? Make comment on twitter / facebook. Certainly got quick reply from Nationwide on their Flexclusive Reg saver debacle at the beginning of December. Good luck

Of course you are. You just haven't found anyone to actually do it yet.

How about just going into a branch, asking for the form and dropping it back in later with your ID and a cheque. There's no need to even tell them you have the online issues, and you won't be doing anything wrong.

There is an E Regular Saver Issue 1 Fixed Maturity Date 20 Oct 2017.

There is an E Regular Saver Issue 2 Fixed Maturity Date 20 Dec 2017

In addition to the above there is a Branch Regular Saver Issue 1 Fixed Maturity Date 1 December 2017

When I opened my account in branch ( having been ushered into the interview room and provided with a cup of coffee:)), the customer assistant was quite specific about the fact that it was possible to have the Branch Regular Saver as well as both issues of the E Regular Saver and that if a second issue of the Branch Regular Saver came out, it would be possible to add that as well.

I can't believe you're asking this! The place is liberally littered with guidance and individuals' experiences.

If you've got a log in to their website, send them a secure message asking for your Store to be told the facts. Emphasise how many phone calls and visits you've made!

You must surely be due compensation for all the trouble you've been put to over this. Let us know how you get on.
