You might want to consider removing the Nationwide Flexclusive R.S.

Only joking - keep up the fantastic work
Lets hope they sort it - still no interest despite them promising it would be paid today!
I thought initially I had contravened the terms and conditions - hence no interest. Thanks to this forum I was reassured it wasn't just me.:)0 -

Am afraid I wasn't surprised when I raised the issue on here at 4ish this morning.
NWs poor IT and systems have proved inadequate multiple times over the years for me.
They'll defo sort the interest out but I always get the 'will this work' sort of feeling when I sign up to a new NW product.0 -

My Nationwide Flexclusive Regular Saver was due to mature yesterday. Interest was added and the account redesignated overnight.
Today I have opened a new one and closed the Flex Saver as part of the process.0 -
I got a letter this morning from LBS regarding RegularSaver Issue 3. From 1st Feb 2017 the combined interest + bonus rate is going down to 2.30%. You can continue to add money to Issue 3 until 31st Jan 2017 when it will become a closed issue. You can leave the Issue 3 account open until 31st Oct 2017 and it will continue getting the 2.30% interest up to that date.
They now have Issue 4 available with 2.30% interest and you can open it and add to it monthly as well as leave Issue 3 open meantime.0 -
Hi Everybody,
I have completed this weekend's update for the first page of this thread.
I cannot see anything that has changed.
I will do another update next weekend.

Interesting! I haven't had a letter yet myself, but I assume you also have the option to take the balance with interest at the 3.05% rate on 1st Feb? I wouldn't want to have to leave it there getting 2.30% when I can get more elsewhere - thanks to opening 3 BOS Vantage current accounts recently;)

I've checked my LBS letter again and it says that.......
"To protect the benefits of your RegularSaver, the bonus will be unconditional from 1st Nov 2016 through to 31st Oct 2017. This means that even if you miss a payment during this time, you won't lose your bonus".
Also states "You can close your account at any time, without any charges or penalties. On closure we'll include any interest and/or bonus earned up to that date".
So no loss of bonus. :-))0
