    Yes, I did - post 4129.

I think what Westie meant is, despite SS2 posting they had removed Cambridge BS's Reg Saver, that it's still present on post 4.

Kent Reliance wrote to me today to tell me that my rate on my regular saver will drop from the 1st September to 3.25%, this is the first time that a regular saver has been reduced while still in the year..

I will reduce the amount I pay into this one now and increase one of the others, possibly Lloyds as that isn't being funded to the max.

I haven't re subscribed into TSB when their rates were dropped, wonder if it will happen to the others...

Our family threshold for opening a regular saver used to be 3% and above. Following Santander's announcement today, we've decided to lower it to 2%.

Looks like we will be opening another TSB Monthly Saver then...

Got a letter from Yorkshire BS this morning about their interest rate review. Delighted to see no change to the original (Issue 1) Regular Saver - still 3.75% (including the 3.5% bonus). Don't know how they can afford it!

The bonus is a fixed one so it cannot be reduced - but I suppose they could close the account.

I wonder how many people still have this Regular Saver?

Was it possible to have issue 1 and issue 2? The issue 2 which I've got has dropped to 2.75% but still pretty good in the current environment.

If the base rate drops again by less than 0.25% then I can see them reducing the 0.25% interest (i.e. the bit without the bonus) on the issue 1 next time round.

The bonus is fixed, but they could have reduced the basic rate to .01%

I'm guessing not many people have this account, although I know a lot of long term subscribers to this thread (and its predecessor) have them.

    .

I opened both Issue 1 and Issue 2 at same branch, subsequently said was supposed to be maximum 1 per sole account across all Issues.

I have been allowed to retain both Issue 1 and Issue 2 :j
