  • Hope you survived the day Buffy x
  • Please don't hate me but I don't go back till tomorrow.
I did some tutoring today tho, and went to the tip. I keep beating myself up about how slow progress is in the house and my long suffering mother surviving with all sorts of crap everywhere (all mine in various stages of sorting) but DAMN IT I have my Marie Kondo vision in my head and it will get there. IT WILL. And by Christmas. And I will have more savings.
I can't lie, I wish dipstick features had closed the schools. At least a week? or two and let us come back a bit at a time. It would be truly awful for the kids to be closed like before and in winter too, but I don't think a two week half term would have been a terrible idea. If only for the rest. I am so worried I will bring the virus home.
Any how drive myself mental thinking about it. It will be good to see my friends tomorrow. and the kids to be fair.

  • Course I don't hate you - I hope that you survived today.
I'm finding this tough and it's only day 2. I thought it was Wednesday for most of today - unlucky...
  • XXX sending you more love XXXX
Work is a bit of a shocker. Have to say because in recent years it has been crap I am somewhat used to it. And the kids are good. My teaching is so so so so bad, we move from room to room I leave things........like board pens......remote controls, spent all of yesterday without any white board - get this I had to dictate to the students. They were SO good. Apart that it is normal teacher talk documentaries and filling in exciting worksheets. At least my subjects lend themselves to discussion.
Home has been hard. last night it was the vets and tonight I had to move the rabbits back outside (recovered from the snip!) and of COURSE all the locals are letting off fireworks.........I shall go look at them in a minute. Utterly shattered tho.
In other news car insurance isn't due till January, I thought it was now! PHEW ! Tax is due at the end of the month but that is alright.
Got a busy weekend ahead, I shall FINISH the shed on Saturday and work on my room. I would love it if I could be working on a desk in the evenings as opposed to the sofa.
Best get out to the rabbits. X

  • Evening all.
SO freaking knackered. Have survived. Really not fun at the moment but actually have had a decent day mainly I suspect cos I was teaching ALL DAY and was fully occupied, couldn't think how tired I was and managed both breakfast and lunch.
Really want to go to bed. Bank account is ticking over, CC is paid. But need to pay car tax. Tomorrow must do chemist and amazon returns. Then SHED Time (which is like show time only crap!!!)

  • Shed Time did not happen on Saturday AT ALL. I was so tired I would have cried if I had to make a start then. So instead yesterday it was chores and a nap!
Today was shed time, I emptied it, painted half, of the inside I mean, sorted a corner of it, I am seriously pleased that once lockdown is over so much stuff will be going.
I am debating, do I go to the tip or do I get the rubbish collected... the mse part of me says tip.
Haven't prepped for work tomorrow. Bum.
Have a good week folks. XXX

If the men at your local tip are as nice as the ones at mine then definitely go to the tip.  They are all so nice they always cheer me up.  Even if they can no longer help as much as they used to do.  As in the "I'll take that for you luv" when I take something a little heavy out of the boot.

  • So nearly there. so so so nearly but must do the heavy lifting on Saturday this weekend as I need Sunday to recover.
my little bunny is needing the vets again, I think the antibiotics have stopped working. Am gutted, have a stinking headache and am just wishing every single aspect of my life wasn't so tiring. Plus mum is unwell.
I really hope I can try something else for bunny. am so upset.
