  • I don't feel like I can today.
I think at work my sadness or depression or whatever you want to call can be covered by my job, it comes out in physical symptoms - constantly feeling sick and having a headache but at the weekend the relief at not being at work gives way to the absolute miseries. I have made a list and will work through that.

I find I have to do really short lists that I want to achieve or else it really gets me down. I feel overwhelmed or defeated. So I only ever put a couple of things at a time of things I want to do.......I just wondered if this might be an idea - even if you do it over a shorter period of time - tick off as done and do another short list???

  • Freezing cold and tired but a decent day really. 7 lessons plus two hours of tutoring. am knackered and will go to bed soon. New bunny is amazing. I love her. She is inquisitive and seems happy so far.
My boy is doing ok after the loss of his friend. He is keen to see me and run around but I do worry he takes a long time to notice me and sometimes he seems to sleep and fall over in his sleep.
Any how not bad for a monday XX

    Ps I have toothache. *faints*

Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling great and are having a rough time.  Make sure you take some time for yourself to process how you're feeling and just look after yourself. The rest of the world can wait.
I hope you can get the tooth looked at soon!

  • I was doing better, generally I am ok at work. Had decided to find a friend the new bunny so been looking on various websites, went back to the one I got my previous girl. Only had her five months. I know I sound mental but it is like she was some kind of dream and now it is back to me and boy bunny all the struggle and stress with her. oh you silly rabbit. I do miss you. Made me sad to read the messages, I was so hopeful.
any how half term is soon.

  • Half term is now.
I of course have a headache from hell.
But it is half term so no getting up early tomorrow. No stressing about bubbles, learning on line, revision for mocks, child protection issues. No worrying. Well some. but also sleep and food and warmth. how lovely.
I love my students but crikey Moses this has been hard.
