  • All day I have felt dizzy and breathless. I think it is vertigo? I noticed recently that had some rushing in my ears and weird hearing things plus I not today but previously have felt like I was falling.
    Watching the news. horrendous.

Could it be your sinuses do you think?  When they are bad they can even affect your eyesight.  This can cause a feeling of disorientation/dizziness/nausea even tinnitus (sp)?

Mr SA had similar symptoms earlier this year. GP diagnosed labyrinthitis. He was being sick too.

  • A few years ago I had the most painful sinus infection. 3 lots of antibiotics and various old wives tales later and it went. It took months. I have had earache on and off for a while. Low level infection. Schoolitis? My doctor is back to telephone only and I suspect I need someone to look down my ears???
That being said once the rabbits were back from the vets I did feel much better. Unexpressed stress? Oh so many questions.
Only have one day of the holiday left but it hasn't been terrible. there is progress.
I am watching the Sister. Which is sort of scary but the whole premise is just stupid. And I can't get past it.
Might be tea time soon. That should break the boredom!

This is not medical advice obviously but when I start getting frequent headaches/faceaches/earache (& even tooth ache where I have NO teeth) I take Psuedoephedrine hydrochloride (from boots) also known as Sudafed decongestant. You can only get it from a pharmacy so don't be fooled by any of the other Sudafed versions.  For me the pain is caused by the pressure & yes I do believe that stress makes it worse.  My theory (& remember I am not a medical person) is that stress puts up your blood pressure.

I've finished watching the Sister.  I started watching with my friend & 10 minutes into the first episode I told him what was going to have to happen & why she had landed up dead.  Not impressed.
  • Ok so Boris Johnson's announcement and the delay caused me a fair bit of stress yesterday plus mum and her fairly standard behaviour tipped me over the edge of my stress tolerance. Started with a headache last night, was sick at about midnight and then woke up in agony at about 5.30 this morning. Got myself up by 6.30 and fed the animals, went back to bed for a few hours.
I cleaned my room, struggled all day with the pain and figured I would do the outdoor stuff tomorrow, slight problem in that now I am working tomorrow. And have the vets. So that will be fun! Tip before breakfast!
But on the plus side we are s l o w l y transitioning to a normal room!
