17 staff out.
Setting work is a little pointless. But it is done.
Mum isn't well, as in seems to have arthritis suddenly. She has perked up after pain relief. Am shattered but fixed the shed windows and got rid of some stuff (for free) on FB. So hopefully made some people happy.
All a bit stressful overall really.

I am truly fed up this morning and it isn't even 9 o clock. Everywhere is a state. Mum is still unwell. I must mark things, I must move stuff. it is all MUST DOs. I got my subscribe and save order yesterday but cannot put it away yet. Literally everything is grating on me. I really want to rant but know I will regret it.
Focus on the positive even tho I am monumentally !!!!!! off.
1. I paid the CC (it was too high and I am owed major refunds but it is done now)
2. I am incredibly lucky to have the money to do this.
3. The bunny seems to have recovered well.
4. I am getting rid of things. My MK vision will happen.

Ok so yesterday was very dark. Very dark. This clearing out is emotionally hard and I don't realistically have enormous amounts of time to devote to it. so yeah. Not fun. Also without my top up shops of my food I have been very hungry at times. But we have a big sainsbury's order coming tomorrow.
Self isolating is hard but I am fortunate. My job is pretty easy and I love it. Doing it from home with minimal response from the kids isn't great but also not the end of the world.
Much bigger concerns lay with BIL, unexplained tiredness. Am afraid it is serious. And my friend has deleted herself from our chat group and is unresponsive to messages. She has been deeply unhappy for many months. Trying to get people to get help is so hard (as I am sure people here will know wink wink)
Will keep you updated.

Sorry things are dire right now. BIL’s tiredness could just be down to everything he’s gone through. Mr SA still gets very tired on a daily basis, that’s blood cancer for you. Your friend sounds like she needs someone to check on her physically, I know it’s difficult right now.Definitely know what you mean by the lack of help. I don’t even bother asking now.Hope things aren’t as bad as you fear. Take care xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

I hope so. I am so nearly there but this last bit is so hard!Nevertheless she persisted.1 -
I suspect that you are always looking at a massive to do list & doing the OMG OMG thing. I found with my massive to do list that I looked at it & it was so big I just looked away & crossing one thing off looked hardly worth it. Why not try to do a much shorter list that includes things you are going to do anyway & only one thing that you would like to do. My current list is along the lines of, clean my teeth, have a shower, charge my fitbit, top up the water in my flowers and because I am expecting a visitor vacuum & tidy the kitchen & put the washing away, & then for the odd man out, check the Xmas to do list (that is checking I have cards, wrapping paper etc & the Xmas menu). Thursdays to do list was getting the Xmas stuff out of the loft, I had to do it then as I promised a friend they could have my outside lights that I never use. I've always found that keeping the list managable means that things do actually get done.Having said all that, last week I didn't do the shorter list & forgot the one thing I really HAD to do, which was collect my son's medication, so I landed up annoyed with myself for forgetting & annoyed at him for not reminding me because he went a day without.3

I went outside about an hour ago to put something in shed and realised how far I have come....I am still totally doing the OMG thing but I was quite pleased to see how much less stuff there is. Feel vaguely enthused. Figured I can get rid of a few more things from in the house. Making the most pathetic list of what goes in what box. Unfortunately the storage boxes I wanted are out of stock for delivery. Sad eh? but also found that two of the big boxes could be sorted and probably emptied to more convenient places.... Mum is doing her nut as everything is a state but she doesn't understand what I am trying to do or how good it will be in the end. She only ever sees the end product when she comes home from holidays!! And this will be even better!
I have 4 boxes.......no 6 boxes of old school work I do not need. and one ottoman in the conservatory with God know what in it.
I am toying with the idea of buying a new filter for the fish tank. It is 177. IF I have that available to me after I have paid my bills I shall buy it. As long as the conservatory and shed are finished. Then it is time for the spare room!
