    evening all. .
I went out this morning and bought some plants. That made me feel good. It wasn't essential so I am sorry if that upsets people. The shop was really good at social distancing and I need it to stay open cos it is where I get all my pet food. I visited my sister and gave her her plants. I then walked the dogs. Came home and made lunch. Then fell asleep for 3 and half hours!
I did the tiniest bit of tidying up in the garden.
It is ok. Big love to every one xxxx

Today I very lazy. I started off well, cleaned out the fish and emptied the dishwasher. but that was it. I MUST go bed early. I am staying up till 2am!! ridiculous and just makes me feel so rotten - until this time when I have napped and feel better. So then stay up again.
What am I likely to have in my house that will help me go to sleep at 11? or 12?

I'm finding in lockdown I'm going to bed later and later! I have to force myself into bed and then set an alarm to get me up earlier than I'd like in the mornings to keep me from going nocturnal.

I want to be nocturnal! In fact I think I am. I know when Mum went away I would stay up all night on Friday to clean or organise, especially the kitchen. I work on things till the last minute and have more often than not enjoyed staying up late. Tho I thought I was getting better at the morning thing. Clearly not!!
SA your ability to get up so early amazes me.

I'm a "bed by 9pm and up at 5.30am" person too. I can't nap in the day, gives me headaches and feels like such a waste of day.

Im normally awake from around 1-3am too thanks perimenopause

Hope you managed an earlier night.

    Morning Buffy - just!
Hope you slept better and manage to get out into the garden today. Just bear in mind the weather is due to change tomorrow so you might want to wait a few days before planting.
Make the most of the sunshine today and chill.
    Hugs

Too hot for me in the garden today! I am still at the removal of rubbish stage and of course the joy that is weeding. I have plants to plant but am hoping that they are ok in a sheltered area?

1.30? I think? Slept till  7.30 tho so that was better. spent yesterday with my books. Made me happy. cleaned up all my book shelves. Today I am going to the garden - I am working on the shed and moving some stuff to the shed and dumping other stuff! Stuff. ugh!!!

    (Watching Andrew Marr.
over 31000 dead. probably an underestimate. possibly up to 20000 contracting the virus every day. Its ok tho, just stay alert. )
Edited because I sounded trite and dismissive! I don't mean to, part of me wants to record the terrible things that are happening and part of me wants to ignore.
