I just wondered if I had missed something

Went for a walk tonight, 37 active minutes. Was considering what I said the other day. I do have dedication still. Every day since the first of January I have got 30 active minutes. I started by doing videos but mostly it is walking outside. And I have learnt French for 250 days.

I have switched my phone off tonight.
Mum only ate weetabix and then most of dinner tonight. That is an improvement, plus she is a bit more engaged - dishwasher and washing machine had been run.
I am still sad about !!!!!!. I really miss his friendship and support, but I must stick to my guns. If I was important to him he would keep in touch. He always has done in the past, though a lot of !!!!!! frankly but obviously things have changed. I am so hurt tho. So so hurt. Went for my walk and could hardly breathe I got so upset. I think I was really looking forward to seeing him and his lovely house. He was so pleased with it and happy. It was nice to share that.
I am doing by best. my absolute best. I am walking over an average of 10000 steps a day now and work is a stressful but welcome distraction. I am making small plans. baby steps.
I am trying to focus on one day at a time. The extension for the run came today so that is good. I should be able to build small bunny a run for him and one for the guinea pigs. Eventually I will put doors - like cat flaps and the big bunnies will use it. But I don't want to think about that time. Small bunny seems ok at the moment.
I wish I could go to bed. XXX
