Today was ok at work. Hard to feel so rubbish but as ever the kids are fab and a good distraction. My real life friends have been keeping tabs on me. He did message and apologise but I know I am not a priority and that is not on.
I forgot my lunch and only had one glass of water all day (with biscuits, so many biscuits) I feel so rough, had stir fry for dinner. but am all dizzy and pathetic.
I am going to have some chocolate.

Well done for taking control of it Buffy. It was causing you so much anxiety and whilst it might be really tough right now, you know that eventually that feeling will pass and you will feel happier again. You are so very brave for calling time on it.
Really hope things are a bit better today and that your mum is feeling better.
