What do you want to use the cream for GTQ? If it's for something like topping scones then as long as it's whisked so it's really thick it will probably work but definitely needs to be thick.

That's what I am going to do, so hopefully it will work. Thanks DeniseA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Another grey miserable day today. Could do without going out but need to take our daughter to a town about an hour away for an appointment as she's not allowed to drive at the moment, for medical reasons. Problem being her appointment is 12.00 so looks like we'll end up eating out again but no idea what there is in the area so may not be able to get a SW friendly lunch!
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up with sausages - 2 syns for sausages
L - eating out - will do the best I can
D - HM lamb tagine from freezer with couscous - I've marked it as 3.5 Syns per portion but no idea what's in it for that but suspect it's flaked almonds and/or semi dried apricots.
HEA - milk
HEB - not planned but maybe able to use at lunchtime?
Syns - sausages 2; tagine 3.5; looks like it'll be rum and ginger beers tonight (not enough gin for both of us for tonight!) 3 @ 2.5 = 7.5, so 13 in total - pretty pleased with that
Have a good weekend everyone.

Good morning everyone,
loss of 1.5lbs
put on 3/4 lbs last week, but when I looked back my choices were seriously carb loaded portions as I'm not drinking I couldn't blame it on too many wine syns!!!
Have a great weekend.

Another gainer here +1lb
not sure why as been much better food wise. Made butternut & sweet potato soup for lunches instead of tinned. Have suffered quite badly with CF this week, was late for work twice
also been in pain from my back but manifests down my leg which makes it painful to walk
. All in all a !!!!! week
Hope you all have a better week ahead :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry to hear you're in so much pain at the moment TIE.
Haven't bought any butternut squash for ages. Think I might try and get one sometime next month as long as they are not too expensive or too small - I like to use it in a butternut squash & chickpea curry but need a decent sized one and only use half to make 4 portions and then can have the other half as either soup or chips or make another veggie meal so can work out quite economical but needs to be at least 1Kg for no more than £1 to make it worthwhile.
Arkers Think I might be quite lucky that carbs don't seem to make much difference to me - it is definitely wine Syns that are the problem for me. I'm trying to stick to spirits this week as definitely less syns for the same amount of drinks along with the diet mixers.
Lunch out ended up being OK! Not particularly nice and nowhere to sit down so ended up eating in the car while we waited for our DD1. There were 2 eateries - a Chinese but didn't fancy it and it didn't actually look open so didn't even walk down to it! and a Fish & Chip shop. DH had cod and chips and I had roast chicken breast (skin removed) and some baked beans (which was more juice than beans and not very nice so only ate a few). The chicken wasn't brilliant, it was a bit dry but at least it was on plan and entailed no syns, which is a bonus in my book!

Lots of gains this week.:( I wonder if it's anything to do with with the grey weather and the seemingly endless January.
I've had a strange day, ended up with two breakfasts.and not enough Speed yet. We ate out and I had an all day breakfast. I had 6 syns for white toast and probably some oil (gave sausage to DH) so probably much the same as a JP with mayo.
I'll be way over syns today but I often do at weekends and then rein in during the week.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L: baked beans (F), bacon, egg (P), mushrooms, tomato (S)baked haddock (P), mash (F), tomato, mushrooms, asparagus
Syns: toast & oil 10? weekend wine0 -
Evening all
Denise, but i need my sister to take me, but luckily we are at her house anyway, otherwise don't think she would be able too else she would have to leave hers about 5.30 to come and fetch me, it's alot when she has the dogs to sort out before work and then go and work for a day, until i want collecting.
I would have thought chicken from the chippy was synned as they deep fry it? I know fish is free without the batter but thats "protecting" the fish IYKNWIM?Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Evening all I see blue Monday caused a few gains - wondering where Tete is in case she had a loss as she could be sotw. I didn't manage 2lb as I had chips when eating out

Thanks for the chart Chieveley . At least you got a loss in spite of the chips.:D
I've tarted up the mash to increase my Speed. It's now potato, BNS and carrot mash with spring onion stirred through. I'll put it in a dish and bake alongside the haddock with HEA2 of cheese on top.0 -
Today could have gone so wrong, we were so far ahead of ourselves (possibly because I was there 2 hrs before the rest and had done a lot of the hard word!) there was actually time to eat some sandwiches @
scones before those who had bought tickets arrived. Me, I had a coffee:A, was so tired by the time we finished, then realised that I had stripped my bed this morning so needed to make it when I got home, then cooked a stir fry. Feeling quite smug, now what can I syn on?:rotfl:A smile costs little but creates much0
