Oh GTQ I think we all know someone a bit like that. Don't get caught up feeling guilty about what you ate, feel good about yourself because you did something kind for a friend in need.

Well done Tweets on your loss and on SOTW (I thought I was a dead cert this week! :p) and thanks to Chieveley for sorting the chart :)

I hurt my foot running on Saturday so I'm having a few days' rest from that and hoping it doesn't turn into another months-long injury :( Will still do my pilates classes though and try to keep my step count up by walking.

I'm feeling a bit 'up against it' this week with not being able to run, TOTM, last week before pay day meaning I'm eating out of the freezer, and am going to WI a day early as we're off out for a curry after work on Friday. Just going to keep plodding on plan and hope at least for a STS, and that a good loss will show next week.

    Today:
    B - (none)
D - Leek, sweet potato and bacon soup, raspberry jelly
    T - Speedy spag bol
HEA - Milk, 10g grated cheese
    HEB - Almonds
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), jelly (0.5), Options hot chocolate (2)

I made some half-syn raspberry jellies yesterday and put real rasps in, hopefully they'll help satiate any sweet cravings this week :D

Just a quick post before we leave - got about an hour or so as we can't get onto the site until 1pm.

All the food for the few days are loaded into the fridge/freezer in the motorhome so should be able to keep to plan, although we may well eat out at lunchtime tomorrow which is why it's just a salad if we do eat in the van.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats
    L - HM onion soup
    D - HM lamb tagine & couscous

    HEA - milk
    HEB - oats
Syns - may have a G&T or 2 but will see whether I fancy it or not but nothing else planned

Didn't have as much freedom as we'd of liked last year with my weekly hospital visits for over 3 months! One of which we were supposed to have been on holiday but had to move it which is why we will be away for the whole of March as it was as late as I was able to move it, so it's going to be a cold one rather than a warm one but at least we'll be able to get away - assuming of course my op goes well next month.

  • Oh of course, I was only in and out of the thread last year and have a mind like a colander anyway. Well have a lovely time, even if it's cold it's a change of scenery!
