Well done to the losers and welcome to any new joiners & returners
. Happy holiday denise
.
Well, the good news is that it was not unexpected, the bad news is that I gained 2lbs this week. The first half of the week I felt rubbish with a cold and my cravings felt uncontrollable. The second half of the week I was back in control, but obviously the damage had been done. Am positive I have turned things around and there will be another loss next week. And I am pleased I still went to group, I considered booking it off but decided just to face up to it, so feel good about doing that. I actually wore a dress today which is unheard of for me, I live in jeans :rotfl:. But have decided to not be so hard on myself, I have come quite a way already and this dress looks pretty nice on, even if I say so myself. My stomach certainly doesn’t stick out as much as it once did and even my feet are slimmer than a year ago!
I think OH is away on business again soon for a few nights, so that is always a dangerous time for me. But have just been shopping and stocked up on lots of free and speed stuff. The rubbish I ate last week is gone, won’t buy anymore of it. So no naughty stuff to tempt me in the house, so should be plain sailing right? :rotfl:
Still have some of the DynoRod soup I made which actually is a nice soup :T. Will make some more quiches tomorrow to keep me going thru the week. So feeling quite positive and determined to lose more weight. We can so do this!

Did we know about Genius Beetroot Wraps? Pack of 4, currently on offer in Tesco for £1.40. One wrap counts as a HEb. They are gluten free and have very long dates, ones bought today BB 4.3.20. They are pink! I like them and will be using mine for lunch every now and again

Hiya, it is a new SW recipe book and will be part of the next Countdown offer. Coming in February, we were told today, NOT next week. Next week the new hifi bar is launching, honeycomb but not like a crunchie.
