Hi everyone, I think Tete is slimmer of the week as she's lost most to date, or is it tweets for losing most this week and some last week? I can't recall what Chris used to do. I would like to lose 2 lb next week to get in the next stone, just good for the morale.

Under SW 'rules' the SOTW is the person who lost the most as long as they did not have a gain the previous week.

    So SOTW would be Tweets.
    Well done Tweets :j :j

Thanks for the chart chieveley and well done on your own losses.:T

Cold and frosty here too bubbs but also bright and sunny. My plan is to go for a walk this afternoon and get some Body Magic in.:D

I've prepped dinner and boiled a small piece of gammon this morning. I'm going to make soup with the stock for easy lunches. We'll have the gammon for dinner in the week.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit F), HEB toast, HEA milk, 2 fried eggs (P)
L: melon (S) (not particularly hungry so I ate half and maybe more later)
D: HB steaks (P) with mushrooms and onions (S), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, green beans, celeriac, red cabbage, BNS (S)
Syns: HP sauce 1, weekend wine:D

I always count the HB gravy as free because just one teaspoon of cornflour shared with DH is hardly worth bothering about. Last night we shared a 1.5 syn curry and I counted that as 1 syn each so I think I'm OK. ;)

Another one with a frosty start today, although nice and sunny since about 9 o'clock. Got a couple of loads of washing on the line drying which I'll go and get in shortly - it was nearly dry when I checked about an hour ago.

Well done Tweets on being our SOTW and thanks to Chieveley for the chart.

Did a tip run this morning and also popped in to Lidl to buy some more eggs - we eat so many I get through them like they're going out of fashion!

We've decided to go away in the motorhome for a few days from tomorrow so not sure whether or not I'll get on here as where we're going is in a poor reception area! I've changed the meal plan around a bit so that I don't need to do much cooking - mainly reheating stuff and cooking some potatoes & veg!

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans - P; S; F
    L - Ryvita & 50g pate (it needed using up!); 1/4 snowball melon - HEB;8;S
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, peppers & onions, cabbage, peas, green beans

    HEA - milk
    HEB - Ryvita
    Syns - 50g pate 8

    Denise
