Nor me but she has always done it:cool: but she can put it on as quick, imagine putting on nearly 2 stone in 2 weeks:eek::eek::eek:

She says she loses like that on three meals a day. How does she explain her gains?

There used to be a woman at my group who had fantastic losses but she used to go at it 'bull at a gate' eating melon like it was going out of fashion. SSM reminded me of her with the kgs of carrots. Then she got bored with it and gave up.

    I'd rather be a tortoise. :D

Have bought the £20 weekly meals cookbook, being delivered tomorrow :)

Struggling to stay on track, hoping to turn this around.

Anyway know if group members have the new style website? When I was an online member, it kept telling me the website was being updated and it did update about a week before my membership expired! I couldn't decide if I liked it or not? It seemed a bit clunky and not so user friendly but better content/better thought out? Does that make sense?

    Which cookbook is that FE?

New website not up and running yet. It's supposed to be better than the current one but we'll have to wait and see!

That's not too bad at all bubbs. Like you, I weighed for the first time in 8 weeks on Thursday so that took in all the Christmas period. When you think that many people were posting 6lb+ gains we must have chipped away well. :)

Obviously it's good to be as mse as possible FE but, without being 'fattist' :owhen I googled Lorna Cooper she is rather on the large side so her recipes might need adapting although some I've looked at seem fine.

When I went to group this week I was asked to say, as a target member, what the most important thing about SW success was. I said PLANNING. So while new recipes are always motivating, I think that having a plan for all your meals (and snacks if you need them) and shopping so you have the right things in is the way forward. You need to take account of your lifestyle too because if you're busy at work all day you aren't going to want to come home and cook from scratch every night or prepare your lunch for the next day. :)

I manged to be alcohol free last night so I've still got 104 syns left!:D We're going into the city centre for lunch so hopefully I can choose wisely. Will post my menu later when I know what I've eaten.:)

Maman, Yes i have been good, so now to get below target a bit.
I agree about planning, but i always cook from scratch when i come in, sometimes i do use the slow cooker not often though. But it does help knowing what you are going to eat.
As you know i like to cook scotch eggs, soup, quiche etc on a Sunday ready for the week
