Spot on bubbs! It arrived just as I got home from group so had to park on the other side of the road as the delivery van was parked across my drive.
As expected I had a gain - of lb - not sure why other than I didn't use all 105 Syns this week so definitely going to use them all this week and see what happens! Last week I only had one day over syns but damage limitation after that. I'm now at my top end of target so really don't want to gain again this week.
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - after WI
L - jacket potato; cottage cheese; salad
D - hunters chicken; mash; peas
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - mozzarella
HEB - porridge oats
Syns- wine:D

Hi, sorry still not got time to have a good read back, work still hectic and any spare time we've got we're decorating DD's flat for her so i'm a bit stressed and shattered.
STS this week though although I don't know how as I've not followed any kind of plan/menu, just been grabbing food while I can.0 -

Well done majorica and GTQ.
Yes well happy with the new furniture - it actually matches the room now, which we did up early last year but had to put up with the old furniture as the living/dining/kitchen/hall cost us far more than we'd budgeted for so had to wait a while longer for the furniture.
Beanie I do hope you can get back into the "game". It's a shame you don't like the local group. As maman said perhaps you could go it alone. You can always ask on here if you've got any queries.
There are plenty of recipes around on the net that you can try for some new ideas such as Pinch of Nom and Slimming Eats - these are probably the 2 I use the most myself.
The hunters chicken tonight was really nice although the sauce became a bit watery after having thickened it up on the hob for 20 minutes before putting in the oven! Think it was probably the juices from the chicken 'watered' it down a bit.

Morning all! Well done Majorica and GTQ in what sounds like a challenging week for both of you.
I've started listening to a (non-official) SW podcast and was listening to an episode on calcium this morning. I knew it was good for bones and teeth but had no idea it boosted metabolism and could boost weight loss too (apparently the more calcium in a fat cell, the more fat the cell will burn). SW brought in the second HEA when they started synning yogurts because they knew a lot of people's calcium intake would drop as a result.
I've always thought of the second HEA as a kind of 'overflow' - I use the full HEA1 for milk in hot drinks every day, but I know I could have a sprinkle of cheese on my spag bol if I want, or a bowl of cereal, but I certainly don't use it every day and never use the maximum. I always felt pleased if I'd managed to use just one HEA, seeing it as a bonus - like using fewer syns. But this has totally changed the way I think about it and as a runner, and a woman approaching middle age, I really should be looking after my bones. Definitely going to be spending a bit of time this weekend looking at the HEA options and how I can incorporate them.
Sorry that was a bit long winded and something you may already know but it was a revelation to me so thought I'd share!
Today's plan for me:
B - None
D - Pasta, tinned toms, onion, mushroom, bacon, sweetcorn
T - Christmas curry (turkey and veg!) with couscous
HEA - Milk
HEB - Almonds
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), curry (2 - can't remember why but it's written on the freezer bag!), hot chocolate (2) = 8
