Well done bubbs, not put on much at all and great that you're still within target range. Seems a lot of us are hovering around top end and wanting to lose to get nearer bottom end so we can relax a bit!!!
Ended up with G&T rather than rum and ginger beer last night and only 2 rather than 3!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
L - Welsh rarebit - P; F; HEB; HEA
D - veggie biryani - S; F
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - not sure yet but probably alcohol will be involved!

Hello all! Well done MM and TIE on your losses and Bubbs for still being in target
I was over the moon to WI with a 3.5lb loss - so that's 9lb in two weeksJust the kick-start I needed to remind myself that the plan works if you stick to it (:o)
Today:
B - Weetabix
D - "Scromlette" - Bacon, onion, mushrooms, eggs, with baked beans
T - Chorizo, sweet potato and pearl barley bake from freezer (8 syns)
HEA - Milk, 10g cheese in scromlette
HEB - 2 Weetabix
Syns - Sugar in coffees and on Weetabix (6), tray bake (8), Creme Egg (9), hot chocolate (2) = 25
I had about 36 syns left over from last week so I'm not worried about going over by 10 today.
You have no idea what an achievement it is for me to buy ONE Creme Egg as a weigh day treat, rather than several large bars or bags of chocolate (AND track it!). I bought it on Thursday as well and haven't eaten it yet - what do you think of that?!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Well done Tete, that's a brilliant loss this week and even better over the 2 weeks!
I wouldn't have any problem buying a creme egg and never eating it!!! Hate the things, LOL! When my kids had them they had to eat them out of my line of sight because I don't even like the look of them - their favourite place to eat them was behind my chair, giggling the whole time.
Are the Syns for the amount of chorizo in your bake? I usually only put in a small amount when I use chorizo and add some paprika as well for the flavour. Cuts the syns quite considerably.

Haha I wish I felt like that about them!
Yeah it's a non-SW recipe and uses a whole chorizo for 4 portions. I made it over Christmas and froze the leftovers, got a shock when I looked up the syns! I'll definitely mix it up with some low fat normal sausages or something next time I make it as I think a small bit of chorizo goes a long way. For now it'll do for a weigh day treat if I've had a good week.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Some fab losses posted, well done to the losers and great bubbs you are still in target range
, you must be relieved to get WI over with.
I made an effort to get to an Aldi on Thursday as I like the red pointed peppers which were part of the new super 6, or whatever the offers are called. By the time I got there none left
so got some of the mini peppers instead. This time I managed to find the skinny sausages, but the beef koftas (part of last week’s offers) were nowhere to be seen either. I also visited an Iceland store, have never had their meals but someone had brought one of the Bakery yogurts to group (she had had a delivery and couldn’t eat them all:rotfl:), so picked 3 meals, got the yogurts and remembered to ask for the mayflower curry powder I keep seeing mentioned. So got that too, yay. Then on Friday I woke up full of cold and everything has gone a bit to pot since then. Have eaten a lot of things that were meant to be treats every now and again, all gone now  . Am annoyed with myself that I still do this.
Anyway, line drawn hopefully. Have just selected all the veg for tonight’s dinner, might get OH to do all the chopping, am still feeling a bit pants. Planning to make some version of speed soup tomorrow for damage limitation
. Oh and managed to fit in a visit to TKMaxx too and got 2 bottles of Skinny Syrups; Mocha and Birthday Cake, so will be experimenting with those soon. Bubbs do you not make your ice cream anymore?
Have a good w/e everyone!

Just popped in to say the two chubby cubs Mongolian beef is the absolute nuts. It’s in their book and on their website if you are interested. “Costs” 2.5 syns but well worth it!
Enjoy your weekends xx0 -
Well done tete :T and you, too tie . It's a loss. I only need half a pound to get back into range.Maman, Yes i have been good, so now to get below target a bit.
I agree about planning, but i always cook from scratch when i come in, sometimes i do use the slow cooker not often though. But it does help knowing what you are going to eat.
As you know i like to cook scotch eggs, soup, quiche etc on a Sunday ready for the week
Yes, you're very well organised bubbs and you have everything in ready for your dinners. I think problems arise when people start buying lunch out at work and then shopping daily for easy meals. It can work but it eats up syns quickly.
I had a tuna jacket again at lunchtime. I used to think they were a good choice but since Denise said they could have 10 syns of mayo I'm not so sure. I'd probably be better off with an all day breakfast.
I loathe creme eggs too, far too sickly. I have my favourites which I bought at Christmas (cherry liqueurs, marzipan and crystallised ginger) but I have no craving for chocolate at all.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half banana (F), raspberries (S), HEB porage, HEA milk
L: JP(F), tuna (P), salad (S)Aldi chicken curry (P, S), pilau rice (F)
Syns: mayo 10, curry (1), weekend wine :j0 -
Maman, i don't always know what we are having when i go shopping, apart from thurs ,fri , sat and sun:rotfl::rotfl: as we always have curry, kfc, picky and a roast so only have to think about 3 days:rotfl::rotfl: so always buy some mince and usually have sausage of some form in, so easy peasy lemon squeezey :rotfl::rotfl:
I would never buy a meal deal or anything.........im too tight:rotfl::rotfl: if i am hungry or forget lunch (very rare) i buy cooked chicken and take the skin off and fruitSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0
