I'm delighted to report in with a 5.5lb loss for 11th Jan :j That's my biggest ever loss, although realistically it just takes me back to my pre-Christmas weightStill though, nice to be back to that so quickly - onwards and downwards!

Well down Tete, that is an outstanding loss!
I'm clearing my freezer so dinner is surprise du jour, which is quite interesting. Yesterday certainly was, got home about 9 to cook, opened the container to see what joy was ahead, chicken stock! Must label containers in future:DA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Fab loss tete, must feel good. Funny gtq, I do that. Am getting better at labelling, I found masking tape is great
, it sticks and you can write on it
.
I’ve got a red lentil curry in the SC. Meant to cook it yesterday after seeing a nice recipe and thinking the other day ‘I should cook that’. But could I find the recipe again? Nope . Settled on another one and am sure it will be fine but got frustrated with myself.
Off to Sainsb soon for eggs and grapes and scouting for more :money: 1p/10p bargains. Wonder how tweets is getting on with the new furbaby
. Have a good day everyone!

I'm fine. Thanks Bubbs for asking!
Been sorting out our living room as have new suite coming this week and unfortunately it's not coming until Thursday but council only collect on a Tuesday so we're having to chop up one of our sofas as it's too big for them to collect! Very frustrating. In order to put it out tomorrow ready for Tuesday collection we needed to move some stuff in the back garden as we'll need to carry the cut up sofa out through the back! I'm now sitting on 1 piece of the 3 seater sofa! The rest of it has been cut off and is ready to be carried out to the front tomorrow for collection.
A neighbour popped in after lunch so we've been sitting demolishing a. bottle of wine between us! So nice to sit and chat drinking a glass of wine in the middle of the day!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausage 2; egg P; mushrooms, tomatoes S, beans F
L - corned beef (1 slice!) 0.5; ham, chicken leg P; lettuce, cucumber, celery, spring onion, tomato, pickled onions, picked beetroot S
D - roast chicken dinner - chicken P, roasted onions, peppers, cabbage, green beans S
S - Ryvita & Cheese HEB/HEA or Cheese on toast HEA/HEB - if needed
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese?
HEB - Ryvita or Bread
Syns - sausages 2; wine 10

I hope everyone is well!
I remember getting rid of our old suite, it was a 6 week wait for the council to collect, so we decided to chop it up and take it to the tip ourselves (took about 3 trips). Luckily our local tip is only a couple of miles away.
Went to group last Tuesday and managed to lose 2.5lbs, so was happy with that. Saw someone there I know that has rejoined.
The only thing that concerns me with this new group I've started going to - the consultant did a new members talk the very first week to everyone which I don't mind as a lot of them were brand new members, so I didn't mind sitting through it. But last week had 4 new members I think and she did the new members talk again in front everyone - aren't they supposed to give the new members talk separately to the new joiners? I don't want to sit through it all again every time someone new joins!
Had a lovely roast chicken dinner today cooked by my 15 year old and assisted by hubby. She will cooking one at school this week, so it will be good practice for her.
Went for a walk this morning and plan to go for another one a bit later to walk my dinner off.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday everyone! xxxStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

Well done tweets, another fab loss. No time to eat running after Rosie?
.
Bubbs your creations look yummy as usual :T.
Abbafan in my group the leader does the new member talk in a corner of the hall whilst the rest of us pay and get weighed. And then eat lunch :rotfl:. Perhaps she does not have enough people on her social team? Or is she newish? Don’t think I would be very impressed having to sit thru the talk regularly. I would chat to fellow members and if no joy the lady herself to clear things up.
Denise I now have a mental pic of you sitting on a middle piece of sofa with no endsThings we do to save money :money:.
Hope Penny is ok too and hasn’t run away .
