Wish we had a funny button underneath the posts rather than having to use emojis in a new post:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Currently sitting on comfy camping/garden chairs. this will be all I've got to on until Thursday. The room sounds really echoey without the sofas.
I've got some LO chicken from yesterday and am going to make a curry with it for the freezer so that will become a dinner for next month's menu plan!

Congratulations Majorica, lovely news!
The week hasn't started great here: new member of staff so we had lunch out in Wetherspoons to welcome her. I had the five bean chilli (6 syns) but couldn't resist the tortilla chips it came with (another 6, but delicious), so with that and my coffees I'm maxed out for the day, but tonight will be syn free, and tomorrow I'm much more in control of what I'm eating.
Now I just hope those five beans don't come back to haunt me in my pilates class tonightWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

I've been out to lunch and had a tuna JP with salad. That was less than a sandwich I'd thought I might have to order, the menu was wider than I thought. I'll need to estimate mayo again. Allowing for 10 (as I did on Saturday) I should have about 23 syns left until Thursday. I only have plans to use a couple so I'm happy with that. I feel really fat today so not hopeful I'll be in range but can only plod on.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), red berries (S), 0% Greek Yogurt (P), HEA milk for drinks
L: JP (F) with tuna (P) and salad (S)baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), cauli steak, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns: mayo 10?
Will probably skip the HEB for today.0 -

Morning all, very quiet here today!
Pleased to confirm I made it through pilates without incident
I've already been for my daily run this morning (just a mile round the block), the only thing that dragged me out of bed was seeing the weather forecast for tonight - another tempest!
Today I'm being angelic to make up for yesterday:
B - (none)*
D - Spiced carrot and lentil soup
T - Pork chop with leeks and mushrooms cooked in a bit of stock (Oxo)
HEA - Milk
HEB - Almonds
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), hot chocolate (2) = 6
(*Just to point out that I'm not 'skipping' breakfast, I very rarely eat anything for breakfast and when I say on here that I have, it's actually more of a mid-morning snack. No bananas left, so just munching on nuts)
Have a good day everyone and don't get blown away!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
It's horrible here too. Its wet and miserable but fortunately not as wild as last night.:(
I'm going dancing tonight (and tomorrow). It's really good to get back into a routine.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried egg (P)
L: ham (P), fried potato (F) fried veg and beetroot (S)chicken casserole (P,S,F) with cabbage, broccoli and kale (S)

Having an erratic week, home at odd times, so having to work around those. By odd, I mean out first thing, then home for late breakfast, needing to be out again before I have time to do anything constructive, then home again to a late, quick dinner. Could be one of those dangerous periods when syns are forgotten, but I am doing my best to keep them at a minimum and bulking up any meal with lots of speed. Today is probably the only day that is normal, so meals are as follows:
B: Omelette with mushrooms & spinach (feel like a pig at the moment
L: Veg soupRemainder of sausages, with mushrooms, tomatoes, butternut squash.
Snacks: Fruit, maybe some yoghurt
Other than the sausages, no syns planned because I can use my hifi bars with my hibiscus tea tonight.
Just realised that by the time I weigh on Thursday, today will be the only evening I have been home all week, if I maintain on the back of that, will be happy.A smile costs little but creates much0
