Well done for sticking with the Ryman refund. What a palaver that all was for you to deal with. It made me smile that they wanted you to remove your PayPal dispute before they'd sorted out the issues. 🙃 Why would you want to do that?

I was wondering if my sarcastic input into Ryman virtual assistant at times annoyed them 😸 . Case closed . I now have to check the Amazon for the crates or similar which is what I should've done in the first place . The ones I looked at ,at the time were out of stock which led me to Ryman .I had my session with mr trainer today , as he postponed from yesterday . Tough , but he was mega impressed 🏋️♀️🥵and I was knackered . I fell asleep a couple of times this afternoon . 😴Strange weather today . This morning 🌞. Early afternoon hailstone showers 🌧💦🌊
Friday is supposed to be the best day 🌝, so I may see if my friend is up for a coffee ☕️I'll leave it there 😼...4 -
Just did another Ocado order online . 🛒
The annoying thing this time was when they finally allowed me to checkout after bombarding me with special offers , the payment authorisation froze ❄️. So after watching the screen for over 5 mins I went back to " your order " etc and success at last . Delivery is on Tuesday midday ish .
I met friend for coffee ☕️☕️On Friday . We chose the right day . Yesterday was rain 💦💦Yesterday , I didn't train as such 🏋️♀️But did a walking exercise on the program🐾
It works , and shows how slow I am in walk8ng compared to what I once was . Also , my right leg 🦵has bone pain randomly but it's now part of my condition . My left knee has tendonitis from way back in 2006 when it collapsed on a treadmill . Again , random pain which I manage quite well . Having said all of that, I'll pick an exercise from the program on my webpage and do one shortly and one tomorrow . I should probably have another live workout with mr trainer 🏋️♀️On Tuesday .I'll start walking 🐾again this week ,different route as that hill back from the green has made me realise that I have a way to go yet 🥵

It is great you accept random pain and keep going. I started walking no matter what and now my joints seem better. Your dedication is inspiring and must be helpful of your condition?

You are doing great in your diary.Good to see you back .Yes most definitely , the training is helping my condition🏋️♀️. I'm grateful that I have the mindset of discipline and determination .
If I didn't I would still be agas balloon 🎈but getting bigger and unable to fit through doors .You have the same determination and discipline and have to be admired also .

A bit of a blank day yesterday .I did more recording onto soundcloud yesterday 🎹🎼. I haven't used the bass guitar properly for quite sometime now . It's mainly my synthesisers , plus a retro child's toy I purchased on fleabay a couple of weeks ago
In the early hrs of this morning , I had a few coughing fits .🛌🤒 I do wonder if that is another effect of the jab 😷. I had the same symptoms after the fist jab . Thing is, is that I find 5he side effects more random and similar to in both jabs .
I did the indoor walk 🐾yesterday , assuming that I'd be having another punishing session with mr trainer today .🏋️♀️🥵. Well, that got postponed until tomorrow . Not a problem ( never is ) as I have 2 imminent deliveries . One from Ocado 🛒, and the other one from the Amazon . Crates! Who needs Ryman 😺
So, I just did a super step workout plus the walking workout 🐾🥵. Who said I was mad?I treat it like going to the gym in the olden days, where I'd be rushing to get there and walking back tired etc 🐾

Not really sure how to update now , but I'll try :
Until yesterday , I hadn't been out the door for about 10/11 days 🙀.
This was due mainly to 🌧 and whether I could be bothered . Plus my local friend not being around last week ☕️.This meant I was beginning to get getting cabin fever 🚢⚓️. .I don't know if it was just me , but I felt there wasn't much to report and things seemed"meh" . I 5hink that's the phrase . Basically , same old and repeat etc
Then again I thought a break might be good for you too 😺
I do think that I had / still have Covid symptoms 😷.In the hrs of Sunday night / yesterday morning 🛌my nose was running and I had/ still have high temperature 🤒..
What I did yesterday late morning was have a glass of neat Jack Daniels 🥃( Jameson's could not be found 😾)
Let's jusr say that the measure was not small . This seemed to improve things .Mr Trainer's 🏋️♀️Website had issues ( not just me with issues 😸) and thankfully session was postponed until today . Anyhow, I had another large j d at bedtime 🥃🛌
This made me feel much better when I woke up at 3.50 am . Instead of headaches and pain, I was more relaxed and mellow at this time .So onto today ...
Had a strange hot toddy for breakfast with peanut butter on toast . The hot Toddy was a large jd 🥃/ brown sugar and hot water . I was meeting my friend for coffee☕️☕️ later so no need to have my usual black one .I did the " 15 min fab walk🐾 workout " just before my session with mr trainer 🏋️♀️.
The session was annoying as the picture was often frozen ❄️( please don't sing that sing ) and audio lousy . There was another change in workout and loaded with Jack daniejs 🥃I was a little grouchy . Having said all of that , mr trainer 🏋️♀️Was mega impressed .
I was a little late meeting my friend , but 🤞my miserable period has passed .
Not being able to drive 🚗and changing weather 💦can be a downer for long periods but I'm hopefully going to push myself forward now .I think you get the picture now 📽

AC, we're just pleased to hear from you, going food shopping 2 early mornings a week just about kept me sane during the past 14 months, but since Monday we've been in a pub or bar every lunchtime as we're determined to resume a normal life. Just keep on going as you are, and try not to overthink things along the way...4
