Hope you all had a good weekend 🌞
Thanks for the questions DIA 😼 I was going to update yesterday . Anyway ..
Sunburn finally subsided yesterday 🥵. Various parts of my head are now at the peeling stage .  It feels quite pleasant now bizarrely .

IAs fior the painting, I did a fair bit of touching up in the hallway , and music room . I will do some more over the next few days .  Having all white walls can be handy . 

Onto the tenants situation ; the new people/ person is due at the weekend . I have to just 🤞and hope for the best . Hopefully I'm over worrying , but bridges will be crossed when I come to them . As for the others..no parties 👏. So far, so good etc. Things could be a lot worse tbh and I think that being caught off guard last year when Covid first started to effect everyone and unexpected antisocial / self centred behaviour occurred at random times , I was put on edge and expected crap to happen at any time . It hasn't happened for some time and if everything is as it is now, then I can relax and hopefully all will be well

The sunshine 🌞and bank holidays bring out the worst in many . At around 5.15 am on Sunday , I saw a beardy guy with a plastic chunky gold chain around his neck . He was trying to start riding one of those scooters 🛴along the pavement . Obviously trying to get to the station . He gave up and was trying to phone a cab 🚖a few times . They wisely never picked him up . Unfortunately , he lost his temper and started to smash the scooter against the other parked bikes before chucking the scooter in the middle of the road . He staggered towards the station ..

On Friday and Saturday , I went for walk 🐾. On Saturday , I took a chance and went into the local sports shop looking for a baseball cap due to my rather large sunburnt head .
The staff were great , and I got one.  

I ordered 3 polo tops from M&S on Monday online . Mixed messages and one item not in stock . I'm awaiting a Hermes delivery today . Not just any shambles...

Had session with mr trainer today 🏋️‍♀️. We do this over Facebook messenger . Never worked on my iPad for some reason . Only on iPhone . Today however , my iPad kept ringing in beginning of my session . I actually managed to use the iPad for the session .
I have to work on the camera settings more as I was caught off guard . Still he was happy as per usual . 

I should be seeing my local friend for coffee tomorrow ☕️

I forgot to mention 2 other things ..
when I came home on Saturday I had a chat with the next door neighbour( a director )  as he was putting his recycling in the bin . It was basically a friendly catch-up , but nothing was mentioned by either of us regarding the neighbours etc . The annoying thing was the kids opposite kept cycling around us listening to what we were saying . Long story there . Still, the ice was broken and before that we hadn't seen each other properly for over a year .
On Saturday , I received a rather strange phonecall from my sister 📱

She thought something had happened to me . Why ? Because I never replied to her WhatsApp message a few days before ! Ironically she is not the most up to date with gadgetry . I don't bother with WhatsApp unless I'm told about something being on there 
I just use phonecall or text . It seems that no matter how many ways of communicating there are , the obvious is lost on people .

It seems we have so many ways to be in contact it is easy to fall through the gaps. 
I wish more straightforward when there were 2 options: telephone or face to face

Had coffee with friend as mentioned ☕️.
No Guinness this time . 

He is decorating his place up all of a sudden . He also has a bit of work from home stuff to handle also . This tells me that the moving of wardrobe will somewhat be put back.
However, I may not need that done now ..

Over the weekend , I finally sorted out the small music room 🎼🎹🎸 ( how often have I said that ?😺) However, regarding the potential delay in the wardrobe scenario I stumbled across a final solution in the music room . The newish table/desk I purchased a few weeks back has been moved and the sideboard put in its original position next to my computer desk . This means all effects pedals/ boxes/ needed junk have been put ontop and underneath new table in corner of room . Apart from needing to fill a couple of holes, the room is done . I may even offload a few things which I rarely use . This means the wardrobe will be staying in the bedroom . Having said that , I may see if it's a good idea to move it to a different wall and not on the outside wall where it is currently . 

I really only have a few things outstanding on the major to do list: finish touching up hallway ( possibly bedroom / living room ) , bagging up stuff that I need rid of and organising / paying someone to get rid . Getting the carpet shampooed . The boxing of boiler .. I think that's it .

weather is a mixed bag 🎒in terms of sunshine 🌞and humidity 🌫⚡️. 

Having said that, I went for walk🐾 this morning and not too breathless .
I have been coughing a lot in bed various nights 🛌.it could be anything 😷
Training going well 🏋️‍♀️, although more changes in program are coming .🙀🥵

I've been invited to 2 birthday parties . One in July and one in august . Family members / London etc . Expensive ! Plus the goalposts 🥅may be moved again 😷.

Update on and or 2 things ..
Regarding the nee tenants above:They were due to move in on Saturday , whoever they were
The let sign was taken away, the listing removed from right move.
However, people have been looking again since Saturday and one person was waiting outside on her own for over an hour. 

In all honesty, the flat seems a bit smaller than mine . It's amazing how there was a family of 5 up there this time last year. 

I spoke to the nice tenants who were here for only 6 months but they decided to buy now rather than leave next year due to arrogant landlord not sorting their bathroom issue out.

Will be meeting local friend today ☕️☕️

He told me about a couple of textile bins to offload my old clothes in the surgery car park
I have taken stuff there this morning and yesterday .will probably do the same next week on same 2 days incase I got there and they are full.

I had to purchase a new brita water jug yesterday from the Amazon . The other one I have is over 4 years old and looks grubby / timer doesn't work etc 
Im not sure if I can Chuck that into the recycling bin or not.
The new one came with 3 cartridges so in theory, the actual jug cost about £4

Tomorrow I still have work to do in flat . My friend was threading to come at weekend to assess wardrobe etc
The weather changes tomorrow 💦⚡️🌧 so in theory I should be in the mood to get stuff done

I asked me trainer🏋️‍♀️ if we could have earlier appt so I can meet friend . Awaiting reply 

I won £10 on postcode lottery. Hopefully one day, it will lead to bigger things 😺

I've been watching repeats of Scandinavian drama the killing on the I player👁. I've stopped watching football since last year ⚽️and this is much better. 

I had a couple of mad crisp days last week . My swollen belly has said no more . I was going to do that once a month, but tbh that's the most it will be .
Then again, last year I was doing ice cream, crisps, chocolate , croissants so things are not technically as  bad asthey were.

Sleeping hasn't been too bad of late 🛌. Mr dyson helps
